Everything Is Awesome

Posted on June 03, 2026 by

You’ve had a few pretty gruelling pieces to get through in the last week or so, readers, so here’s something a little more light-hearted.

It’s from an episode of Broadcasting Scotland on 27 November 2020, a month after we confirmed our big story about the SNP accounts and the missing fundraiser money. In it, snug-toed SNP MP Pete Wishart opines that there really is nothing to worry about, and we should all just put our trust in the party.

We’ll leave you to judge whose opinion stood the test of time.

    There’s no saving that party.
I briefly tuned into BS as the holyrood election results came in. They were hosting Linda Fabiani.
The reek of self-entitlement was overwhelming. She sat and scoffed that Fergus Ewing had prevented one of their gravy candidates from being elected. The whole thing needs dismantled.

My dark money to the Conservatives never paid off. I wish I had light money like the SNP. Far more transparent and everyone can see where it’s gone. All laid out in Murrell’s case.

What will happen if he turns “Crown Witness” under Scottish law in order to obtain a lower sentence. Who would he have to give evidence against?

Crown Witness testimony in Scotland is known as turning Kings Evidence in England.

    Well Pete

It’s because you as a party (I’ve voted for decades) was self professed to be so much better than the scum opponents.

You haven’t asked, you have looked into it.
    Why not?

Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil or just “my party right or wrong”??

Yer a disgrace to the voting public, you are only bothered about your members.

Never vote for you again, bring on a real party or route for independence..

“Wings Over Scotland, which broke the scandal, expects Murrell to do a plea deal. “It’ll be interesting to see what sentence his guilty plea gets him… But Scotland is so crooked, after almost a decade with Mr and Mrs Murrell and their loyal appointees in charge, that we’re not getting our hopes up.”

Pistol-packing Pete is a spud-faced twat whose ambition was to dress up in robes, stockings and strange shoes as Speaker of the House of Commons. Scum like Pete are an example of a spinless clown who is an utter disgrace and its a mystery who votes for this creature.

    It’s Frank get this
    And Frank get that
    Role reversal, but Frank,
    Who is that twat?

    The lies, the frustration
    The fixashun
    To get ma hole
    That alas would never come

    The wee hints
    A library here
    A necklace there
    Expensive salt cellars
    C’mon what can compare?

    Niklas kept sweet
    With baubles and books
    Swinney will keep shtum
Fir what we did, in Burntisland
    that summer BBs camp room

    Wishart is weak
    All he needs is slippers
Get Nikla to throw a line
    And he justclaps his flippers
    (Useless idiot- I love em)

And what of the knickers I gave you
    To still nagging tongue
They ones ye mind, tae thwart Mother Nature
    And lift sagging bum!

    Whit thanks did I get
    Not what I desired
    Any advance I made
    You fled to play
    pal Vals adoring pet

    Noo I’m in gaol
    I fell on ma sword
(Actually it was a diamente encrusted fountain pen)
But Nikla is free, as a bird,
    As John would say
    “Thank the Lord”

The case is done, as I took the rap
    But dear God Nikla,
    watching the prison tv news
When will ye learn and just shut yer trap!
Ye make things worse, it’s so odd
    And now free, Johns admitted
    To the public funding fraud!!!!

Och hell, why should I worry
Either or both of ye -ah ken ye weren’t too fussed
in who was in whit gaol-
Will be in here wi me
With gay Mr Big, who by then
    Will hae tired o’ me

    I’ve been a naughty boy
    But now I’ll be good
I took the deal so should be out soon?
Probably not, but sooner than you two
Just when out what tale shall serve
    Me among the defrauded old

Wishart is a malfeasant, tax funded gravy-train whoring old fart. His words are excrement and would be funny if all of this were not so serious.

Close down Holyrood and NO golden pension goodbyes for the grifters that have infested the place.

As for Wishart? The sooner he is “murrelled” and the police do their job getting that wannabe “Lord Wishart of WangStaine” a sinecure as cook in an establishment with HMP written at the front, the better.

Am off to vomit as the sight of Wishart and all the brown crap that comes out of his face is making me ill. He is a one-man Vomitorium

As previously opined Lord Wishart of Haw Haw is indeed a vomit inducing individual.

Perthshire Calling however in his diatribe declaring that the indy referendum donation money is available does not seem to realise that John Swindell, the cousin of the Sturrells has just admitted that the donation money has been spent.

He’s a Haw Haw and then some not half.

Classic political straw man deflection right there and ad hominem attack when asked a straightforward and respectful question.

To be kind, he is just a sir buffton tuffton politician whose blundering jowls say it all really. Put a wig on it and he’d fit snugly into your archetypal Duke of Cumberland’s slippers, no problem. But that man has drank so much koolaid he is not even aware that he has become a caricatured parody of himself.

Isn’t funny what you can learn from a two minute video, the presenter asks a very simple question from the books can’t you show where the money is as it would end the conversation on the missing money. Only to be told this money is going to BE available as and when its needed indicating that it isn’t available.

Idiot, Pete says he doesn’t know about the finances of the party and he’s the wrong person to ask, so why oh why come on national TV to talk about it.

It would appear more people knew about the missing money than they are making out (not blaming any one directly) at the time they where all willing to come out and say don’t look here look else where, have all made themself look guilty.

Pete is part of the reason the SNP is in the mess its in and the reason why he needs to go.

    SNEAKY PETE.

When specific income is described as being “woven through the accounts” – which is of course complete nonsense, it reminds me of:

To add to the gay whirl of gung ho English politics we now have Rupert Lowes’s «Restore Britain», another millionaire funded wet dream outfit, further right than the Farascists.
According to The Spectator, «American gamers are giving the Restore leader a wave of support. Zack Hoyt, one of the world’s most popular streamers and a fan of World of Warcraft and Minecraft, gushes about Lowe to his four million subscribers».
    So far nothing from Trump.
If the SNP knew what its purpose was this neighbourhood turbulence wouldn’t matter but as the party currently serves no useful purpose that Scottish nationalists can detect, it does.
