Wings Over Scotland

A Dumber Nation

Posted on February 09, 2026 by

In politics, readers, evil and stupidity aren’t the same thing.

But nor are they exclusive.

Before we ask you to consider which of the terms applies to the Scottish Government led by John Swinney, we’d like you to read this letter sent to Wings by the auntie of two women imprisoned in Scottish jails.

“I have two nieces who have had to share prison space with men. I used to visit niece 1 in Saughton in Edinburgh and Greenock where men were housed, including Paris Green, Melissa Young and Alex Stewart. She got released in 2024 but then her sister (niece 2) was imprisoned and I would visit her in Polmont (Scotland closed Saughton for women and sent them all to Polmont in Falkirk (although Alex remains in Greenock). She was released last week. Both nieces gave testimony to FWS in their current court case against Scot Gov.

The first time I visited my niece in Saughton in Edinburgh I was wearing my WOMEN DON’T HAVE PENISES sweater. I had no idea she was sharing the estate with men. My sweater was something I would wear around town on a daily basis. As I was in the waiting area with other visitors, a guard told me I would need to take my sweater off if I wanted to visit my niece.

I asked him where is the lie in stating women don’t have penises. He told me, ‘that’s a matter of opinion’. I turned to the room and asked, ‘hands up, all the women here who have penises’. They all laughed, but I still had to take my top off in order to go visit my niece. That’s when I realised she was sharing the estate with men.

She told me of Melissa Young. He has had the operation, but my niece said his room was always ‘stinking’. Presumably because of the vinegar douche he needs to use, and because of the fact that the intestine is used to replicate a vagina.

She also said that he made the female inmates perform humiliation rituals in order to access his codeine tablets. He would make one woman, Mary, suck on his breasts, and my niece said he would show people his ‘vagina’ at every opportunity. He also battered a woman, and it was the woman who got sent to a different prison so that he wouldn’t be inconvenienced.

Paris Green would walk around with stretchy leggings on, showcasing his penis. Both he and Melissa have been guilty of assaulting prison guards (Google it). Paris Green also entered niece 2’s cell and started stroking her hips. This was ten years ago (my nieces have had a very violent and abusive upbringing and have been in the system since the ages of 15).

Both of my nieces are caught in a cycle of poverty, crime and addiction. When this happened, years ago, it was the case that trans prisoners had to sit at the door of their cell. They were not allowed to mingle freely because the prison recognised that they were a risk. But when the ‘screw’ wasn’t looking, Paris made her way into my niece’s room and started stroking her.

In Greenock, in order to take a shower, females have to go through Nyomi Fee who killed her child. Inmates are given jobs, and it’s Nyomi’s job to hand out towels. Nyomi is in love with Alex the trans man. My niece hates a ‘beast’ and so she would wipe herself down in her room rather than have to go through a man, Alex, in order to get a towel. Alex and Nyomi are inseperable. Nyomi was in charge of distributing towels for women to enter the communal shower area.

Niece 2 is a lesbian, and in Greenock it is communal showering. I imagine most women don’t want to see a man in their washing area, but for lesbians it is particularly relevant.

The prison guards do not allow lesbian relationships. My niece’s lover was also in jail and they separated the two of them by putting them in different jails, but with Alex and Nyomi the guards allow them to freely interact with each other. My niece said the guards would often hang out in their rooms, laughing it up with the both of them.

Laws changed and most of the women were put in Polmont. Alex stayed at Greenock. My niece said Paris was always on a ‘rule’ (locked in his room) because he was always flashing his cock to the guards and the women. She also said that he is a very tall man, and can look over the cubicle when women are showering. She also said that she had to sit in the waiting area with him when waiting for a doctor’s appointment, unsupervised.

Both nieces were battered and abused by their father, but niece 1 went on to have a relationship with an abusive man who would hit her and handcuff her naked to a radiator. In her own words he ‘kicked babies out of me’. She miscarried twice because of the severity of the beatings he gave her. And yet Scot Gov are putting her in an estate with men guilty of the most violent crimes.

Lastly, there is a woman who is living as a man in Polmont. She has had top surgery and takes testosterone and has a beard and looks like a man. When she was charged, she was sent to a man’s prison. But when she got there they discovered she is a biological female and so they returned her to a women’s prison.

Women’s prisons are a dumping ground for the gender confused. If men who think they are women are allowed to be in the female estate, why can’t women who think they are men be housed in the men’s estate?”

Readers will doubtless already have their own opinions about the merits or otherwise of the Scottish Government’s apparent desperation to ensure that men like those described above continue to be housed among vulnerable women. But we’d also like you consider something else.

Because even if you think that putting violent men in women’s prisons is a simply super idea, you must be aware that the overwhelming majority of Scots do not.

And so even if you agreed with the policy, you would presumably still be able to understand that there was a less moronic way to try to achieve it than the one the Scottish Government is currently pursuing.

Because the government’s core argument in the case heard at the Court Of Session last week is that it HAS to continue to allow the Scottish Prison Service to flout the Supreme Court ruling in the For Women Scotland case, because if it doesn’t it might find itself sued by a hypothetical transwoman who murdered or raped someone and then found himself locked up in a men’s jail.

Such a man, the Scottish Government’s counsel argued last week, might kill himself in such circumstances, which a great many people might consider no great tragedy but which would apparently upset the government sorely.

The First Minister was therefore faced with a choice between two options:

OPTION 1

 – continue to house male prisoners in the female estate if they say they’re women.

 – spend a bucketload of public money fighting for that position in court against For Women Scotland, causing the vast majority of the Scottish electorate to think you’re a bunch of scumbags who have lost their minds.

OPTION 2

 – obey the Supreme Court ruling and immediately ban all males from women’s prisons.

 – wait and see if at some point in the future, a transwoman prisoner assigned to a male prison did indeed bring a court case about it. (If they don’t, problem solved and it didn’t cost you a penny!)

 – fight that case in the court, arguing for the Supreme Court ruling, with the backing of the vast majority of the Scottish electorate.

And here’s the thing, readers – it makes no difference to the eventual outcome. Whichever side you fight, the court will make the decision.

If you choose Option 1, almost everyone thinks you’re sewage whether you win or lose. If you choose Option 2, you win either way – you get all the benefits of taking the position that voters want you to take, and if you lose and the court rules in favour of the murderers, you’ve got someone else to blame it on.

(And if that’s the outcome you secretly want, you can always choose an idiot for your KC and send him in to throw it.)

Try as we might, even assuming the worst of motivations, we can think of no sane or sensible reason for doing as the Scottish Government has done and choosing Option 1. It’s not only evil, it’s also political suicide. The level of staggeringly obvious stupidity it requires stretches the bounds of credibility even for an administration as packed full of utter boneheads as this one.

Option 1 guarantees wasting yet more taxpayers’ money, enraging voters and getting terrible headlines in the months immediately preceding a general election. Option 2 not only gets you a lot more support, but it almost certainly kicks the issue down the road beyond the election where it can’t do you nearly as much harm.

Literally the ONLY halfway-logical explanation we can think of for what they’ve done is if the First Minister wants to make absolutely sure he doesn’t win a majority in May. And the reasons he doesn’t are rather easier to discern.

Making sure Swinney doesn’t have to try to secure independence in the next five years is just the latest in a long list of reasons why the SNP are willing to throw women under the bus, and subject people like our reader’s nieces to the grotesque suffering they’ve been made to endure at the hands of the state.

We don’t know about you, folks, but it makes us sick to our stomachs. We honest-to-God wish we could believe that our leaders were merely morons.

The thing is, the way they’re playing it, they’re absolutely opening themselves to legal action from the trans-identifying men who are refused permission to serve their sentences in the female estate. A risk assessment doesn’t mitigate a suicide risk, and all Adam Bryson or Andrew Miller has to do is say he’s suicidal in the male estate and he has a case. It could end up with every trans-identifying man having the right to be in a woman’s prison.

And that’s before you even start with the possibility that other male prisoners will maintain that they’re suicidal locked up with all these violent men and want a transfer.

Sure, Sarwar called Starmer. Starmer would have agreed that for Sarwar to attempt to put clear, blue water between Scottish Labour and himself, 12 weeks out from the HR election, is the best thing, not only for UK Labour, but for Starmer himself.

Simply because Starmer knows two things. If Labour tanks at HR in May (as predicted), he’ll be carrying the can. And, his unpopularity being what it is, a “divorce” between him and SLab now is likely to reduce the amount by which SLab will tank.

You think she’s intelligent because she keeps telling you she reads books? Look at Yousef. He could have made a deal with Alba, but instead resigned. He wasn’t in charge of the party.

And now we have Swinney telling us that it is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for transvestite rapists and murderers to be locked up with women. I know he looks stupid, but come on…

I think there is a reason they are doing this, but it’s not obvious yet. If we take the Epstein files as accurate, a goodly number of the gender clinic butchers and gender wang pushers were to be found hobnobbing with the rich and powerful, and many of them, themselves, are already rich and powerful and you can never have too much of those commodities, like you can never have too much sex of infinite variety, but always within the parameters of old, wrinkly men and young, nubile girls.

It is known that Epstein put money into some of these enterprises, so, from that, I think we can deduce that other big shots are doing the same. If they are doing the same, why? Because the next phase of AI is on the way, and the next after that..? We are now at the point where supposedly same people are pushing a puberty blockers trial on pre pubescent children and even very young children a la Mengele in the UK. For whom? Well, that’s the million dollar question, isn’t it?

If we also extrapolate that sex was the currency used to ensnare (often tongue-hangingly easily) weak and foolish men – and they are weak and foolish even when they are princes or CEOs of global companies or even intellectuals – and that there are very likely thousands of Epsteins across the world, and tens and hundreds of thousands of weak and foolish men, most of who would happily have sex with a llama if its name was Lolita, then I think it is safe to say that sex, money and power, the triplets of the lingua franca of highly-placed men everywhere, is at the root of this reluctance to let the ‘trans’ fraternity sink without trace after the UKSC ruling.

So, what does Scotland – and, indeed, the UK – have to gain? I don’t know if it’s true, but trickled through the grapevine that American AI/Tech companies are looking at Scotland/UK to host at least parts of the next phases of AI/robotics – the parts that the more discerning and more scrupulous might find stomach-churning. Have no idea how accurate that is, but it sort of makes sense when you think what the Scottish and Westminster governments are prepared to host and sell our souls for in other areas. Remember: sex (always first) money and power (no less part of the triumvirate) + weak and foolish men. If you can normalise it all… Just saying.

Oh, and no shortage of handmaidens either to act as procurers. SNP, Greens, Lib Dems, Labour full of them.

Thankfully robust postcolonial theory is built on historical evidence and actual events relating to numerous colonial adventures globally.

It is colonial domination that depends on a hoax by which the culturally assimilated group is completely taken in and assumes the values of the colonizer; such as the unlikely ‘Union of equals’ between a dominant imperial power and an annexed territory and subordinated people/culture handed a worthless violated ‘treaty’.

To believe in such a ‘Union’ is akin to believing that ‘the moon is made of cheese’, or for that matter that a biological man can be a woman. As we know, belief in such illusions is entirely possible.

We normally think that drugs and medical procedures are produced purely in response to human need but that is not so. Once a drug has been discovered/produced big pharma start to ‘create’ a market for it where there was hardly one before.
It happened with viagra- produced to improve blood flow to the extremities it was found to have ahem -other effects which were marketed and now it is offered to people who at a certain age would rather have a cup of tea but are now expected to be sexually active until they die.

Sex hormones are the same- the drugs companies have been seeking a return far beyond sales for HRT etc. hence the emergence of trans ideology.

US hospitals can now charge $100k for ‘gender re-assignment’ – a misnomer if ever there was.

It so surprise to me that the NHS is now awash with trans ideologies – they buy the drugs and provide the procedures and will soon be opened to US drugs and bio firms. Its gonna happen- even in Scotland.

The only evidence of suicide in the women’s prison estate I could find involved actual women, but I think we also need to understand the pressures that are at play in these women’s lives. From what I have read, most have been abused physically or sexually or psychologically – or all three – by men.

Now, that does not excuse their offences or the fact that they require to receive some kind of disincentive to commit these offences in future, but putting these men in with them is definitely ‘cruel and unusual’ punishment. Men’s prisons have special wings for vulnerable male prisoners, so they wouldn’t be in with violent men – or they shouldn’t be.

What we actually have are women prisoners having to ‘rehabilitate’ or ‘integrate’ these men who are almost always violent and dangerous. This is considered fair and expected of the women when most will be petrified of them and live out their prison term in fear and psychological torment.

You’d want to be locked in your cell rather than have to confront this every day. Imagine being put in a cell with one of these men? How cruel and evil is that? It is as if someone in authority sat down and thought: now, how can we punish these women enough for their transgressions that they won’t ever want to return, and all the while making life as easy as possible for the men, just stopping short of conjugal rights with total strangers? Do he common law crimes off voyeurism and flashing stop being illegal at the entrance to a prison?

Robbed of its way of life, of its populations, of its laws,

Colonialism take over of a Country is the fixed starting point in time that a lie , force and deceit are combined to drain a Country of its assest’s and cultural inhabitants.
Colonialism is the system of venture capitalism,/ to make gains and profit from land and people that do not belong to the Coloniser.
A bigger wealthy more populated aggressive Country has the means to Colonise, not a right to Colonise.

But then they also Colonise institutions such as the UN,

You probably have enough wind blowing around your garden, and enough rain falling on your roof, to keep you in power and water all year round.

If you’re like the vast majority of Scots, you don’t collect, harvest or store any of it. It all goes to waste.

Yet you expect those who make the enormous investments necessary to collect, harvest, store, process and distribute these resources to do so at a loss. Simply because you believe you’re entitled.

To add insult to injury, you work yourself into a froth if somebody wants to dam and flood a glen, cover a ben with turbines, or march pylons along a strath. You insist the preservation of scenic beauty trumps all, so that the providers of the resources you believe you are entitled to have to site turbines dozens of miles out to sea, and cheaper routes for cables have to be replaced by far more expensive ones.

Your opinions are fixed and you’re not going to change them now. That’s fine. You’ll continue to vote for whoever promises you free stuff and wait indefinitely for the promisers to deliver. That’s your right.

      Enjoy your retirement.

Also that rumour that he helped keep the southport stabber’s da in the country, despite being a genocidaire wanted by rwanda … this is getting dark, I mean it started dark, but this is -black-. He no longer seems like a man with the odd skeleton in the closet, but in fact the curator of a vast pool of steaming evil shit …

which would explain a lot; he has this air of “a man terrified” at all times, because he IS – and he has no idea where the next threat is coming from, so compromised he is. He is an absolute “empty coat”, completely manipulated by outside forces and frantically trying to adapt on the fly.

what we could be seeing openly, behind the curtain, is a cross between “true detective series 1” and “eyes wide shut”, and all our politicians becoming blackmailed/-able puppets, given orders.

the idea that epstein is some kind of outrageous aberrant event still lingers; what if it is commonplace and we just had some luck in tripping over it. “the Profumo Affair” was the “epstein” of its day, and also e.g. the playboy mansion (cameras rolling in every room); then we wonder why politicians of all colours pursue these massively unpopular policies?!

What this is telling us is that one should only use accredited boy brothels run by MI5 and in UK territory, that way you are untouchable; or equivalently MI6 run child brothels in british embassies round the world.

Glasgow council sent a letter to all the housing associations in Glasgow. 67% of all available housing to go to immigrants.
I had it confirmed that this is not aimed at assisting peoplee seeking refuge or emergency accommodation who we might have an obligation to it just means folk from outside Scotland. Or in other words Non-Scots who are just as able to rent or buy on the open market as anyone else. Why are they, the ruling class of Scotland doing this? Why discriminate against the Scots for social housing? On top of that there are now hiring quotas in the HR departments of companies in operation across Scotland. Going back to social housing. This is our gateway into the next generation for the poor, the working class and increasingly the middle classes.

Take a look around the Highlands, the islands, the nicer villages down the east coast, the borders, the south West, the nicer areas of our cities. In the nicer parts of our cities and the bonnier parts of our country money can more or less buy what it wants where-ever it wants and our authorities do not care where that money comes from. And if there are zero restrictions on foreign capital/people from outside Scotland buying land and residential property then it is inevitable that locals will be subject to a process of ghettoisation. This isn’t a neatly judged process where are declining Scots population is bolstered by carefully managed immigration deftly making sure there are sufficient homes for all, etc. It is mess of the political class own making and they are making the people of Scotland pay for it. We need to get younger Scots inside houses as early as possible and that means giving them access to the vast majority of available social housing.

All evidence of the past few years points to a particularly extreme ideology having taken hold of our ruling class. It includes but goes well beyond our politicians. THis 10% or so of our population see some virtue in discriminating against us on behalf of people we don’t in reality owe anything to, namely punters who have come to Scotland of their own volition to live and work. It is a completely unnecessary and horrendously divisive mindset to have adopted. I can imagine it makes our elite feel good about themselves while they steal their wages from us. The racism is against us. Not the other way about. In a decade a contemptuous elite class has sprung up in our country and they have adopted an ideology that is a danger to us and our country. They are extremists.

It’s a Great Replacement. They’re saying the quiet part out loud now.

Scots are being crowded out of housing, benefits, jobs and academic opportunities by unlimited numbers of foreigners. There are fewer than 5 million Scots and billions of people who would love to move here, and nobody doing anything to stop them. Far from it – they get the welcome mat, natives get to pay for their own dissolution.

The Scottish National Party is helping to extinguish the Scottish nation. In a generation or so, Scots will be a minority in Scotland and the dream of Scottish self-determination will be dead forever.

Alex Salmond used to optimistically say “Scotland isn’t full”. Well it is now. The 2011 census said only 4% of the Scottish population – at the time – were ethnic minorities. Ever wonder why they still haven’t updated that figure? They don’t want you to know how quickly your nation is being erased.

But mibbe in 100 years time, “New Scots” will be debating independence and Fannon on the Internet.

        In Hindi.

    • Hatey McHateface says:

Here’s me always been thinking that as soon as the New Scots want Indy, we’ll get it.

Do people really believe that the masses on the move to carve out new lives for themselves through immigration are simply gonna sit on their arses when they get here and greet and gurn?

FFS. We’ve already had one of them as FM and the penny still hasn’t dropped.

If Scotland is viable as an independent nation, our New Scots will want a piece of the moolah for themselves. Of course, if Scotland isn’t viable, then they WILL kill Indy.

But as things stand, claiming that too many New Scots is incompatible with Indy is tantamount to accepting that the “too wee, too poor” jibe is accurate.

And that it’s obvious to the New Scots as well.

      • Hatey McHateface says:

        @Red

I suspect we’re arguing at cross purposes.

I’m for Reform – repatriate the lot.

But, if that doesn’t happen, I believe it’s obvious that the immigrants will do what they always do – direct the Scottish state to serve them, not us. And if they are better served by Indy, that’s what we’ll get.

Most posters on here believe immigrants are automatically Yoons. I think that’s shite. Immigrants are automatically for what best suits them. Otherwise, they would have stayed in the shitholes they came from.

Occam’s Razor says that if Indy is demonstrably better for Scots, New Scots will want it too.

The cessation of our agreement with Courtsdesk does not change the information available to the public about what carries on in our courts and nor does it change the information available to journalists.

I recognise that the sort of service that Courtsdesk provided was useful for journalists because it collated the information and presented it neatly, and it’s for that reason that officials in my department are continuing to work, as we always planned to do, on an alternative platform, one that allows us to make the information available, but to maintain the guardrails in relation to data protection.”

I think the whole system is collapsing, not just Scotland, all governments political parties and finances in Britain,

Scotland can get out first by,

1: recognising Scotland position in the 1707 treaty was deleted by dissolving the 1707 Scottish parliament from the parliament of Great Britain/ parliament and that of England sitting – tranferred into the Great Britain parliament as Early as 1707.

    2:
The parliament of Scotlands / Englands of great Britain was dissolved in 1800.

Its very difficult for Scotland to declare UDI from a parliamentary union with England that it was dissolved from twice already,
Englands great Britain parliament did this for us twice.in 1707 and 1800.

    3:
England missed 11 days of its side of the treaty between Scotland and England in 1752

The problem is decolonising our minds to actually see the records.

We know that scottish lawyers and barristers alike do not see it until pointed out, ask Salvo and liberate Scotland,
It has to be spelled out and directional pointing done to where, how and when,

Well I am pointing it out.
If you’re not in it, and if you cannot find the real Scottish from 1707 in the 1707 English parliament of Great Britain, also dissolved in 1800 there is no need to pretend the Union anymore,
No need to declare UDI from a union we were dissolved and deleted from out twice, a of long time ago.
Thats record keeping for you….. By Englands Great Britain parliaments own fair hand.
