We think transactivists will swiftly come to see yesterday as an epic mistake.
Because it looks as though it might just have been the final straw.
The public reaction against Graham Linehan’s arrest at Heathrow Airport by five armed officers over a handful of innocuous tweets, which also saw the writer hospitalised, was so loud that it even prompted JK Rowling – who’s conspicuously never spoken up for Linehan before despite them being arguably the two biggest names in the gender-critical world, certainly in the UK – to protest.
Many more people who weren’t fans of the Father Ted creator joined in.
Incredibly, even uber-transactivist Owen Jones was peaked.
But more significantly, so was the chief of the police force that arrested Linehan.
In an absolutely extraordinary intervention, the Met’s Sir Mark Rowley bemoaned the position his officers had been put in, called on the government to change the law, and announced “a more stringent triaging process” to ensure such things didn’t happen in future – although oddly he didn’t go so far as to drop the case against Linehan.
His call immediately met a sympathetic ear in Westminster, as government minister Wes Streeting agreed that the law needed looking at.
As did the Prime Minister.
Condemnation of the arrest spanned political and geographical barriers, with MPs of almost every party united in anger (the chief exception being the new Greens leader Zack Polanski, who memorably told Radio 5’s Nicky Campbell that it shouldn’t be legal “to say you want to kick a woman in the balls”) and a slew of voices in the US and Europe joining in.
The arrest is widely believed to have been wholly or partly orchestrated by psychotic disgraced ex-policeman Lynsay Watson, with whom Wings readers will be familiar.
(And who’s at present ambitiously trying to extort £50,000 from us with a spurious County Court claim under the Equality Act 2010 for misgendering and “outing” him. Individuals are, of course, not subject to the Equality Act, only public authorities, and Watson has been openly and extremely publicly trans for at least 27 years.)
Watson gloated about the arrest extensively on dying social media network Bluesky, having recently been banned from Twitter for “doxxing” and threatening JK Rowling.
But even some in the trans community doubted the wisdom of the move.
And while it remains to be seen what actually results, to have united the Commissioner of the Met and the Prime Minister against you is a heck of an own goal in any book. Graham Linehan is actually due in court in Westminster tomorrow on ludicrous charges of assaulting a particularly obnoxious and aggressive transactivist (the reason he was at Heathrow in the first place, having moved to the US to get peace from the trans ghouls and get back to work on comedy).
We hope there’ll be a large display of public support outside the court. But in any event, maybe it’d be an idea for Sir Keir Starmer and Sir Mark Rowley to pop down and have a coffee with him afterwards. Because it really is time that transactivists’ rule of terror in the UK came to an end – along with the draconian culture of arrests over free speech generally – and it looks like something the public wants to happen with increasing urgency.
If it does, then the British public will for the first time ever have something to thank the hysterical, megalomaniacal overreach of transactivists for. Nice work, lads.
I have a whole folder of screen shots of tweets and blogs where transactivists are attacking and threatening normal people. I’m sure most gender critical people have similar folders. I have never heard of any one of them being visited by the police.
I reported a guy to the police once. He was inciting yobs to take deadly weapons to a Let Women Speak rally in London. The police were useless. They did everything they could to dissuade me from continuing with my complaint, insisting that I had to tell them that I would be able to go to London for a court case. I only wanted them to go and warn the guy about his behaviour, and I had given them enough information to be able to trace him.
But when one man in a dress makes a complaint, FIVE police officers are taken off the street are sent to investigate. Ridiculous.
Exactly my thoughts! Totally selective arrests and charges. I’m mindful of the situation where a ‘reality focused’ (aka ‘gender critical’) woman was punched in the face by a man (adult human male) … that’s to say, actually assaulted. When following pressure, the police eventually arrested the man he received a warning!

Interesting to note Roddy Dunlop’s legal clarification – and pretty disgusting that women are not protected under “aggravation” clauses in the Law:
“On the other hand, an s.38 (breach of the peace) which involves no assault but which does involve alleged hate crime (ie race, religion, sexual orientation etc – but not misogyny) is aggravated and, in general, must be prosecuted and is not subject to those discretions”
What this means is a breach of the peace involving verbal abuse of certain minorities must be prosecuted”
Which is very interesting from another point of view. Given the above is the Law, then in my experience just about every Orange parade that I have ever witnessed ought to be massively prosecuted.

The thing is, joolz, there is no hate crime (statute) that covers women or girls, so they are free to scream and shout and bang drums like toddlers, and make our lives hell. In Scotland, however, women are covered from this sort of behaviour by the Common Law of Breach of the Peace, which can carry a fairly hefty penalty.
Once upon a time, the Scottish Police forces in every area knew the Common Law, but, now, every level of policing in Scotland is headed up by people from outwith Scotland who do not know Scots Law.
Now, there is so much bloody statute law that it has been disregarded and the police are overwhelmed by laws that are entirely useless and totalitarian. It is way past time when women woke up and started to press their rights. Start demanding that the police use the Common Law to protect you. It can be useful if they do not enforce the existing statute law – the 2010 Equality Act.
These barsteward narcissists have had their time in the sun. They are so sure of themselves. The passive resistance has failed and the court cases are taking far too long. Time to get really angry and demand that the authorities obey the law and prosecute the law.
We in Scotland are being controlled by Westminster through our Police, SNHS and Media, look at all the people at the top of these Organisations strange they are all english, ask why?

It’s hard not to view Graham’s arrest as anything other than intimidation and retaliation for the upcoming court case. It seems to be SOP nowadays for the process to be the punishment. To do it coming off the plane with such a heavy hand suggests malice and intent to cause alarm (which it did).
Graham is a decent man who has been pushed beyond anything anyone should be pushed. He has lost everything and they just keep on coming for him, these deranged people and the police listen to them instead of charging them with vexatious litigation. It would just take one of these befrocked, sexually-motivated men to be jailed for vexatious litigation and the rest would think twice. They may be steeped in porn to the point of being deranged, but they are not all stupid.
Policing their porn habit while they are rehabilitated in a mental health facility would go a long way to helping them and giving the rest of us, especially people like Graham, peace from their malign influence on our institutions and ourselves. By the way, it is human nature to hate those who would harm us. It is a survival technique that is embedded in our DNA. Hating people who call you by your birth name is not worthy of hate or anything close to it, and it is certainly not ‘literal genocide’.

The high water mark of trans activism has now been reached and the tide is receding back to some sort of normality. What folk never seem to get is that less around 1 in 200 people even claim to be trans or have a trans history in the national census.
There are probably more folk who believe that the moon landings were faked or that the royal family are really giant lizards and while we tolerate them in society we don’t pander to their views and bend over backwards to satisfy them.
I looked up the official, not the social media, numbers on some of the claims that have been made and even the national crime statistics show that the number of violent attacks on trans people is so low they cannot even be recorded as a percentage of crimes and Trans men are very much more likely to be convicted of sexual offences.
All this is is hurty feeling truths that they do not like and the desperate need to be validated by everyone treating them as real women. Sorry, its one thing to tolerate it but another to accept and buy into the whole fantasy of a bloke in a dress is a actual woman.

The number in the scottish census that claim being trans or having a trans history is ).44 % or just under 1 in 200. About half of them just claim to be non-binary so actual folk claiming to be or have been trans drops to 1in 400-500. Of those I suspect that most are pre op so I suspect the real number of actual trans folk is probably less than 1 in 2000 or even less.
Unfortunately there are lies, damned lies and statistics which can be manipulated to suit all agendas.
Personally I would suspect actual trans folk are even fewer that 1 in 2000, in all my life I have never met on personally, although when visiting yorkshire and hampshire for some reason you do spot loads of them about

Let’s identify which senior police officer decided that Linehan needed to be arrested, subject him to disciplinary action for this occasion, suspend him pending investigation, go back into his career and find out what other political activism he has committed, bundle together all those offences and charge him with malfeasance in public office, sack him, invite private prosecutions against him, take away his pension and put it into a compensation fund for his victims, shame him publicly, and blacklist him from ever working in the public sector again.
And then investigate the career decisions of anyone that ever promoted him, and repeat the process again. And again. And again.

I think that the only way to stop this is to utterly and completely destroy the ‘trans’ movement. Nothing less will do because these men will never compromise. Even the long term paraphiliacs who have gone through all the surgery have been lying: they have been using female spaces under the radar. I recall spotting one a long time ago and he did have the grace to look embarrassed, as well he might.
Having read Stephen Daisley’s take one the Graham Linehan episode, he just does not get it. Imagine if hundreds, thousands of people dressed up as Stephen Daisley and paraded around all over the place? It is so much more than the loos, the changing rooms, the sports, the lost prizes, etc., it is the effrontery to try and pass themselves off as women when the sexual element is actually anti woman. If someone was passing himself or herself off as disabled, as black, as brown or whatever in order to gain some advantage, we would all be outraged.
Because it is women, many applaud the ‘bravery and stunning!’ confidence. Many women find it all gross and disgusting. Even if there are underlying trauma elements to it all (and studies show this not necessarily to be the case), lots of people experience trauma and do not claim to be the opposite sex. ‘Trans’ does not exist because no one can change sex. Gender is a social construct to a large degree. ‘Gender Dysphoria’ is a subset of ‘Body Dysmorphia’ which is a mental illness. ‘Trans’ children’ born in the wrong body is beyond farce and highly dangerous.
Yes, people with mental ill health do need to be protected, do need proper treatment, not mutilation or cross-sex hormones or puberty blockers (unless they suffer from precocious puberty). What we should be studying is why a series of sexual fetish/paraphilias were ever allowed to in habit the mainstream, public institutions and public square. Next, we should be looking at what this actually is – and it is not ‘trans’ anything – then we should be prescribing proper treatment and massive cold dash of reality.
The Scottish government and the Greens and Lib Dems should be pilloried for what it has done to Scottish society. Labour are not far behind them on this issue. Look at the flags today: national flags of St Andrew’s, Union flags, et al. The whole cross-section of Scottish society is opposed to this utter horse manure, yet Holyrood and the SG refuse to implement the UKSC ruling. This stuff was never the distraction so many in the independence movement claimed it was, and is. It has infiltrated every aspect of civil society and undermined it. It is highly dangerous and wants power.
By all means extend the normal range of civil and human rights to these people, but lever them out of power so that they are in no position to behave like the NUPuritans in women’s clothes. They are totalitarians. Above all, they are sexual deviants of all kinds, hiding under the so-called ‘trans umbrella’.
It is hard to admit as a woman, Fearghas, but excessive liberalism to the point where their minds opened up like caverns and their brains fell out, led women, even so-called feminists, to support this malign movement. In fact, every part of ‘woke’ has been led by women, with, I have absolutely no doubt, mainly men in the background directing operations. Women are sometimes malign themselves, but, usually, it is at the behest of some man. That is the truth of the matter and not recognizing women’s own culpability, gullibility and, yes, downright stupidity and suicidal empathy will get us nowhere.
This suicidal empathy is a very real determinant in destroying all the rights that women have managed to wrest from a reluctant society, and it is destroying (most) men’s rights and children’s rights, too. Empathy might once have served us all well when we had to live from day to day in a hostile world where we did not know where the next meal was coming from, but the suicidal kind is an evolutionary black hole that all women would be advised to drop very quickly and completely.
We have dropped many evolutionary and biological necessities that no longer fit our world as it progresses, and actually do us harm now. Women need to start looking after themselves and their children if the human race is to survive at all. We cannot, and should never be expected to, or expect ourselves to, save the entire world – and certainly not those men who would take everything from us, including our own liberty as equal human beings on this planet.

Is Senior Police Management wank speak for the following: ‘protecting our officers’, should read, ‘protecting Senior Police Management from potential embarrasment in the press.’
‘Putting in place more stringent triaging process’ should read, putting pressure on more middle ranking Police and Lower ranking cops, so that they cannot act professionally without it being nit picked to the nth degree, thus ensuring they will be wrong at every turn.
Please note, that if the most lowly constable cannot understand when a written statement constitutes a valid, realistic threat (including the ability to check the person’s criminal history), then the legislation is unworkable.

And, ‘where clear risk of harm or disorder’ – good of him to bolt that stable door, since this was the definitive finding of the court in the case against the retired English cop, who they arrested on a Non Hate Incident, and which was found to have a ‘chilling effect on free speech’ and Police ordered to stop such practices unless ‘clear risk of harm or disorder’.
What the CC is not doing is referring to existing laws, and existing stated cases in law, which have hundred plus years of argument in court and have established boundaries by which the Police should act, and more importantly not act, on such incidents.
And lastly, it’s not clear if GL was in the UK at the time tweeting, but unlikely to have been at the airport, he clearly did not aim his tweets at any named person, so the’person reporting/complainer’s’ location is immaterial, but had this been a more routine, low level type of complaint, say a neighbour dispute/breach of the peace… there is no way the Police at the airport would have taken any steps to deal with it at all. All they would have done was confirm he had been on the flight and returned to the country and passed the enquiry back to the local Police dealing.

This will do little to help women, but will throw us into even minor pointless court cases and wrangling. What we need is the whole Act to be abolished and to return to the Common Law crime of Breach of the Peace which used to cover every eventuality, including ‘sex’ as a characteristic. It would require only to be tweaked. The Police used to have to sit an exam on Breach of the Peace and the Common Law. Now, they have to wade through hundreds of useless, pointless, regressive statute law. Is it any wonder they were captured so easily taken in by Stonewall? Who would want to wade through endless statute law, each one covering something different?
Hate crime and incitement to violence used to be easy to understand when it was covered by the Common Law, and the courts were ale to tweak as cases arose. For example, before the advent of widespread glue-sniffing, the sale of sub stances with glue products in them, etc., the Common Law had never heard of glue-sniffing, but it very rapidly caught up and put a stop, largely to those selling glue products to children. The very flexibility of the Common Law is its great asset.
It was never legal to shout insults to people in a threatening manner, to threaten them physically, or to incite others to do so. Why the whole hoo-ha around the Hate Crime law? Because the ‘trans’ activists demanded it while, at the same time, talking down any protections for women within statute. All so totally unnecessary. You have to laugh when SNP and Green MSPs and others spout about Scots Law and how ours is so different from the English Law – ours is more civilized, and so on – while importing the concept of statute law wholesale from England and also repudiating British Law which we are obliged to enact. Common Law in England also used to be a powerful legal tool.
You couldn’t make it up – except that they do. Go back to the Scots Common Law, you ‘trans’ enablers and woman haters, and let the police learn one set of laws from Scotland and one set from the UK, instead of hundreds of useless gestures of legal muscle that was always, since early times, a large part of Scots Criminal Law. Instead of the police deciding on the spot what is a Breach of the Peace, endless litigation and court appeals will be the end result, and will benefit no one.

I guess “Liberation” is like the SNP–they don’t want free speech or open dialogue either.

And BTW, the video producers censor any comments pointing that out. Censoring like the SNP would do.
