Your Call Is Important To Us

Posted on July 09, 2026 by

We’ve had TWO emails from the Crown Office already this week, neither of which says anything except “Please hold”.

We’ve added them to our “in due course” collection, also featuring Police Scotland.

We’re sure that the answers, whenever they eventually arrive, are going to be absolute bangers. Everyone’s certainly taking the time to have a really good hard think about it. We continue to wait with bated breath, while also pursuing other avenues of justice.

When your being asked to “Please Hold” from the previous letters I would consider that statement as progress.

    “avenues of justice”

In Scotland these tend to be more wynds than avenues.

Unlit at night, deserted, twisting to and fro and back on themselves. Often turning into closes.

Our architecture reflects the people that we are. Fanon knew SFA about Scotland and The Scots.

Do we know who ‘Mallaidh’ is? A real person, I naively assume.

“Mallaidh” is a very nice Gaelic female name.

So probably a real person, possibly a real woman, but according to some BTL here, not a “real” Scot.

According to me, not a real professional. Nobody in a professional, public-facing role should be signing off with only their first name.

[Unless Rev Stu has deleted it for some reason?]

      HTH.

I have not. I’d redact it with a black box if I’d done that.

    • James Barr Gardner says:

Mallaidh is an Irish and Scottish Gaelic spelling of the name “Molly,” which itself is a traditional pet form of Mary. Depending on its roots, it translates to “bitterness” (from the Hebrew meaning of Mary), or the Gaelic word for “sorrow”. It is pronounced phonetically as mah-lee.

I would presume, you likely to hear from copfs after the SNP responds in 21 days to these summons.

Too be fair (as we say) You did complain about the rapidity of the previous.

The ENDLESS mindless responses that all say the same thing “Fuck Off” we’re not interested in addressing your complaints, even although you are correct in your assertion that we should have been investigating and prosecuting the STOLEN ring fenced £600,000+ THEFT of DONORS money

We know that everyone believes the justice system in Scotland is rank rotten and filled with vile creatures, BUT TBQH we don’t give a fuck, because unless you morons have found some way to punish and penalise us we will continue to treat all of you with utter contempt

  8. That’s incredibly frustrating – it’s amazing how often you can get a vague response like that. Hopefully they’ll actually get to investigating soon.
