Do You Believe In The Westwood?

Posted on April 10, 2026 by

As all alert readers will know, this site likes to keep a watchful eye on the shady and disturbing activities of paedophilia-plagued charity LGBT Youth Scotland. So we were naturally intrigued to hear that they’d hired a new convenor last month.

And if you’re sitting there thinking, “Blimey, AI Christopher Walken looks very very ill”, well, stay tuned, because this story gets more and more interesting.

The image above comes from a story published on charities website Third Force News three weeks ago, but which had vanished when we tried to click on it this morning.

And the reason may be that there’s remarkably little verifiable evidence anywhere that Mr Westwood actually exists.

Wings has been unable to verify any of the claims made on LGBT Youth Scotland’s bio page for Westwood.

If you Google his name in connection with the British Red Cross, for example, the only results returned are the LGBTYS bio page.

The same thing happens with Amnesty International.

His supposed work with Citizens Advice draws an even bigger blank.

As does Pride In London.

The only way to get more results is to use “Tim” instead of “Timothy”, but then they’re all about (what we assume and hope is) a different person.

To be honest, readers, if we were taking up a senior position at an organisation with a horrific record of links to child rape, the very least we’d do would be supply them with a photo so that people would definitely know we weren’t THAT Tim Westwood.

(Charles Rennie, incidentally, was freed a few months ago.)

At a minimum, Mr Westwood’s ostensibly distinguished career seems to have made so little detectable impact anywhere that one wonders why he was headhunted for his new role in the troubled organisation which could probably do with some time away from media scrutiny and controversy for a change, but which the Scottish Government nevertheless continues to throw public money at with, er, gay abandon.

The SNP simply adores LGBTYS, which was once headed by former SNP MP Alyn “Daddy Bear” Smith, who is likely to be elected as an MSP at next month’s election. But even so, you might like to imagine they’d want a little more, er, transparency than this for their money.

We wait agog for Mr Westwood’s first public appearance, if indeed he is a real human. There are an awful lot of questions needing to be cleared up about his CV. But then in modern Scotland, questions about pretty much anything – and questions about LGBT Youth Scotland in particular – are rarely answered.

Great and illuminating article, however I’m still grappling with attempting to get my poor, bewildered head around the concept of “men can be lesbians” !
I’d always imagined that I’d be described as heterosexual, being a biological male attracted to biological females. How little it seems I knew, perhaps I’ve always been a lesbian in terms of LGBT Youth Scotland.

Looks like an AI-generated image of what a human male might look like if you’re trying to get a hang of things from outer space. Typical SNP government, throwing public money at stuff like this without ever checking anything.

I just don’t know any more what SNP supporters actually support when they are willing to overlook the deliberate removal of all female rights, the deliberate stalking and mutilation of children and young people and the lies and obfuscations of some of the top SNP figures that roll off the tongue with such practised ease.

It’s not even as if Scotland is an outlier: Plaid Cymru, in Wales, Sinn Fein, in Eire and in NI, are all into this stuff big time. It’s not even as if it’s all men because Sinn Fein is headed up by women. This ordure is embedded in our public institutions, financed by public funds and given a free pass to do exactly as they like.

The one thing all these organisations have in common is that they supposedly fight for independence. Yet, each and all are so deep into this horse manure that they are drowning in it and have no hope whatsoever of sloughing it off before independence (Eire, of course is independent in name). Independence is precisely anathema to this stuff and to those who promulgate it. Some out there make it make sense.

The thing is, Heaver, that we just do not know for certain (although we can guess) why this is happening. I’ve been reading about foreign aid distribution and how it used and where it is targeted. Again, billions of pounds are going on projects that abuse females and children, that, in essence, enable perverts to enslave the poorest countries in child and female prostitution for aid.

The only conclusion I have been able to come to is that it is all deliberate at the receiving end, while literal bampots think up new schemes that tie the poorest nations up to a lack of actual development while sex enslaving their female and child (of both sexes) populations. What is happening here is not far removed: these ‘trans’ charities and organizations suck up public funds issued by gullible (or, maybe, infiltrated) government departments – which they, then, lobby – in order to facilitate sex slavery of a similar kind.

Apparently, these creatures have been trying to infiltrate African and South American countries with ‘trans’ or, alternatively, extreme violent dissent and lack of respect for the law, in schools. All of it, both here and abroad, is being funded from public monies. Mostly, it doesn’t even impinge on the public’s consciousness and this is why they continue to get away with it. Our schools and universities and colleges are turning out future ‘pimps’ who will carry on the work without even understanding that they are being indoctrinated and used. It is all very, very deliberate – and it appears to be exactly what the elites want.

Truly it is as if you are completely unaware of what’s going on in Covid Central and their proxies such as NK.

As somebody wrote, what we see when we look at the masses living in the PRC is the world’s first population of domesticated human beings. People for whom the idea of personal freedom mostly does not compute

But naw, you’re not for re-education other than via a decade in the forced labour camps the Covids use for their undesirables. Exempt from that fate by your accident of birth, your final words on your deathbed will still be “Great Satan”.

      • Lorncal says:

Well, H McH: Geri isn’t far wrong, is she? Apparently, scientists are experimenting on small mammals in the field of gene manipulation to change their sex. Manna to the ‘trans’ Stalinists.

However, you, too, are right. It is possible to be doing untold numbers of different things all at the same time and all with different aims – which, eventually, will morph into similar aims. Even China has its dissidents. You can fool some of the people… Evidently, you can’t be fooled – except that you probably can. As can we all, eventually.

Where do you imagine the West is being pushed? The Greens, and, to an extent, every other party, are determined that freedom of thought and action will become, in the fullness of time, a distant memory for most of us – except the elites and the extremely wealthy. There is a reason we are being fattened for the market, and Geri probably has it bang on target. Totalitarianism is the pursuit du jour of the young, and I don’t know about you, but I’m getting too long in the tooth and just too weary for banging my bonce against a brick wall and my coupon against the next totalitarian fist.

      • Geri says:

“COVID central” Was actually the West.

There are current hearings going on right now. The Eppy class are experimenting on how to kill off the elderly & the poor. Obviously, poor ppl won’t have access to healthcare during a pandemic & a government that won’t fund one helps that along nicely.

There is also evidence logged at the UN about what exactly was going on in those 47 U labs that continued to flout international rules on inspection & were denied for yrs.

We are heading to totalitarian state. Policed by digital AI & 24 hour surveillance. This is already happening in Europe with individuals being “sanctioned” that they’ve absolutely no right of reply to. AI doesn’t care. It closes yer bank account & restricts all travel. Any individual helping them is also sanctioned. Even Stu had a taste of this when they closed his bank cause they didn’t like his opinions.

Transhumanist freaks are the tech mafia. Everyone will be chipped. They’re also the ones pushing *tactical nukes* cause they’ve all built bunkers in NZ. EU is putting a halt to some of it by removing themselves from their programs but I believe that’s only because they want their own version they have complete control over, rather than the US. Think about it really, what benefit was AI to anyone? None. Cause it’s not it’s real intention or purpose. It’s not for Joe Blogs to fck about making wee videos..

The ludicrous title, “Rt Hon. Lord Barony Timothy Guy Westwood” is riddled with solecisms.

Do they mean Timothy Guy, Baron Westwood?

Or Timothy Guy, Lord Westwood a style that might apply to the possessor of a barony or other peerage?

The made-up style “Lord Baron” is a nonsense and a veryclumsy fake emphasised by the typo (let’s be generous) ,”Rt Hon. Lord Barony ….”

Possibly, we are meant to believe that “Tim” is the younger son of a peer (and may or may not have the courtesy title of “baron”); either way Lord Timothy Westwood” would be the proper style. In some cases, e.g. the announcement of his election to parliament, Lord Timothy Guy Westwood would be appropriate.

Another absurdity is the prefix “Rt. Hon.” This is available only to a small number of very senior office holders such as privy counsellors or judges. The younger son of a peer, with or without a courtesy title, might use the prefix, “honourable” or “Hon.” but NEVER “Rt. Hon”.

There are other niceties that one might elaborate, but the reader is possibly as bored as myself!

The SNP has overseen a greater importation of people into our cultural and heritage, environmental and other nationally-important organizations than any government ever in the history of Scotland. They betray the ‘bigger is better’ mentality of all peoples who are in thrall to a large neighbour as if people from England are, by dint of metamorphosis, able to immediately translate their non experience of anything Scottish just by occupying a position with ‘Scottish…’ attached to it.

No other country behaves like this because those other countries know that you need to have been steeped in Scottish culture, languages, heritage, etc. from the earliest ages to really understand the cultural climate. I have no problem with English people per se being in Scotland, and many of them do add to our overall betterment as a nation, but the occupation of ALL of our top cultural, heritage, environmental, educational, etc. positions cannot be good for Scottish self-esteem and the passing on of Scottishness. It doesn’t mean that we are special or that we cannot learn from others; it means, though, that we are losing ourselves and our Scottishness in the process and it is a form of cultural suicide.

The fact that we are not independent and have little say in the future of the industries left within Scotland (few and far between now as Westminster apparently destroys them at an ever-increasing rate) means that our economic and financial positions are also under threat. Had Grangemouth still been in existence, we could have refined crude oil into aviation and other fuel, for starters. Not being independent is proving to be our downfall.

Aren’t the colonising oppressors that are the Scots living abroad already controlling the indigenous peoples they have colonised? Why should they get a say in controlling us as well?

He might just be calling their bluff. If he does this with American battleships and aircraft, and he provokes an aggressive reaction, he will have all he needs to hit back hard. Blocking world trade is also a crime, as is bombing countries that are not part of the war effort, even if they do have American bases, in order to escalate the conflict, but so many people are utterly blind to any other explanation but that Trump is an evil monster and the Iranian regime is the epitome of the innocent victim – one that has aggressive and violent proxies to do its fighting for it.

Not trumpeting for Trump, but what else is to be done now? Probably, he means to escort commercial vessels along the strait to allow them to evade the massive fees the Iranians are demanding. There has always been two sides (or more) to the Middle East, but the virtue-signallers see only one and shut their eyes to any alternatives. Think about it. You sit pretty while one of your proxies murders well over a thousand Israelis at a peace festival, then you order another proxy (Hezbollah, which terrorizes Lebanon, oh yes it does)) to attack Israel. Then you get the Houthis (another proxy and partly responsible for mass starvation in Yemen) to send rockets into Israel. At what point do you become responsible for escalating violence and instigating war crimes without actually lifting your own mitt? Wahhhhh…it’s all Israel’s fault.

So prices at the pumps in the US and Is Rye Ale will be affected just as everywhere else no matter how much you wish it otherwise.

A stint in remand clearly hasn’t made you any brighter..

        Arsey,

You really should learn how to use Google.

There are different kinds of oil & different kinds of refineries, ya plank.

They don’t produce heavy crude. They have to steal it.

& Oil is in everyday products. They’ve kack all production facilities to make those things either.

Trumps “drill baby drill” is of little use when it can’t be refined into different kinds.

Plus, they’ve around 350 million gas guzzling citizens who’ve never experienced a shock in their lives. There’s a man made famine coming.

You know very little about the US other than propaganda. Their whole economy/wall Street is a Ponzi scheme funded by the GCC with about seven tech mafia all sloshing money around to each other. One big casino & Trump has already bankrupted three of his own. They also rob the world of real tangible goods in exchange for printed money they steal/seize back later. Imagine 350 million Americans going to Walmart with fck all on the shelves LMAO! It’ll be a blood bath cause those crazies are locked & loaded. Analysts predict a civil war soon when the bubble pops. Made worse blowing through £billions on an illegal war of choice just to dominate a Sovereign country that’s nowhere near them.

      • Aidan says:

So if I googled who are the largest producers of heavy crude oil would I get the following:

“The largest producers of heavy crude oil and bitumen are Canada, Venezuela, and the United States (specifically California). Venezuela holds the world’s largest, mostly extra-heavy, reserves in the Orinoco Belt, while Canada dominates with significant oil sands (bitumen) production”

At this point your credibility is 0. You tell an obvious, demonstrable lie, get caught out (easily or course, because you lie about information that is easily verifiable) and rather than owning up you set off lying in some other direction.

        You guessed correctly, well done!

Scotland’s oil (Brent Crude) is a high value benchmark for light and sweet oil with a low sulphur content and high API Gravity; although I thought it tasted like shit when I tried it.

There is estimated to be at least 24 billion barrels of super high quality Scottish oil belonging to the Scots and NOT to the English – who have stolen 45 billion barrels of it already and are thinking of stealing more – remaining under the North sea still to be harvested.

That’s around 35 years or more of production, but more likely closer to 50 years.

Scotland is rich in loads of other natural resources, too (fresh water, the most valuable resource on Earth, for example)… which is why England (a country with fuck all in the way of natural wealth and running short on watter, tae) will never release Scotland from Blighty bondage… not without whining like a wee lassie that’s having her favourite doll taken aff her, anyway.

      • Geri says:

        Again with the propaganda.

There is a European war crim on their list. They’ve also been warned by the ICJ. Two courts.

        R. Due to intel that they’ve submitted to the UN. (The Brits later assassinated it’s author & lead investigator but too late – dossier logged) They also had a moral obligation under Msk 1&2 being flagrantly disregarded regards to the R speaking ppl of the Dbas being ethnically cleansed & persecuted. France & Germany later admitting they’d no intention of sticking to those agreements – it was a con. He was justified, under those broken agreements, to act.

As for the ICC they admitted it had issued the warrant under duress over the fake news they stole children. They also admitted they only took evidence from one side. They didn’t steal anyone. They emptied orphanages that were in the line of fire in a war zone that U were perfectly willing to just leave there. He has also said he’ll attend hearings when this shit is over.

Irn isn’t on any list. It’s a Sovereign Nation that has been aggressively attacked. Under International law they’ve every right to defend themselves & they’ve every right to assist other countries in defending themselves too against a Jenny side the whole Western world has witnessed & have done nothing about but blame the victims.

swinney has issued a counter statement that “the city needs to deregulate … for WE are sitting on a goldmine of foreign dirty money … ”

there is only one way this happens

    link to archive.ph

    – 60 % of “Scots”; they might have included -english- in the counting, so the percentage will be higher

    – there is the natural constituency for indy 70-80%, the only holdouts are our comprador tr4itor brigade satrap class, and their hunnish droog army (morningside and govan and little englanders)

you would think then that an “indy only and nothing else”-party could be formed and clean up. But it’s not as simple as that.

Likewise any party which was centre-left economically and “socially conservative” (no, women cannot have dicks, gender is an imaginary concept etc) has a natural constituency of 70% or more, and should also clean up.

There is “things being shit” and there is “things being made to be shit”; the nasty little party cartels our so-called democracy consist of, are a closed shop – none of their actions leads to any unwanted change, it is status quo, business as usual, with a pantomime for the punters. I think what we are seeing is, not parties being “infiltrated” anymore, but “strangled in the crib”.

I think an obvious recent example was the “your party” – it seemed like a corbyn vehicle (what the old labour party was into), but it was immediately swamped with absolute fucking nutters – wolfie smiths and identity politics arseholes – then this “zara sultana” who seemed to be there just to wreck it. I think people need to pay close attention when a new party is formed – these “early joiners” could be weasels; of course, when you are starting and you are dying for new members, it is hard to keep anyone out.

Alba may have been a victim; Salmond would have been wary, given what “trusted colleagues” did to him in the SNP, but still – you only need a few ‘rong-un in on the ground floor, and it’s done. Why take a chance? Don’t even let it get off the ground.

There are odd things about Alba; when it came out, people – the SNP, the bourgeois leftists, the greens – were all horrified; never seen such a tsunami of hate and we know why – the threat of “losing your dinner money”. In particular, it was the greens who were screeching, the initial thought was “wiped out” and Alba was “splitting the indy vote” (this shite was all over Bella and the National). The polls were weird – support for Alba quickly over 5%, Greens down, then it flipped. When we finally had an election, Alba went -down- and the Greens did their best ever, I think even Harvie won something. I suspect some fiddling may have been done to help the Greens, in order to attack Alba, stop them in their tracks; this is not so outlandish as ballot stuffing in small numbers of places, small numbers of votes is quite easy; the absolute number of votes in a single constituency for Green or Alba at the time would have been small, a pile knocked behind a radiator, or an extra pile “found” at the right time could have done it.

Greens aren’t radical, they aren’t against the system; they are another “fake left” entity, designed for the middle class and to stifle any working class protest; their job is to go around and call the working class “far right” and get involved in batty schemes.

Note that the notion of sending people to join organisations just to -wreck- them is hardly new; one good example was David Owen – who started in the Labour Party, helped to wreck that, formed the SDP (the gang of four), wrecked that, then ended up in the liberals and wrecked that too … he was even sent to the Balkans as a “special envoy” just before it all kicked off, bigtime.

« KIM LANE SCHEPPELE is the Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor of Sociology and International Affairs in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and in the University Center for Human Values at Princeton University.

« She spent several years living in Hungary and Russia doing fieldwork on the creation of new constitutions after the revolutions of 1989. In the post-9/11 era, she became interested in the global impact of anti-terrorism laws on constitutional democracies. Her research on autocracy and democratic backsliding in the 21st century led her to expand upon the concept concept of ‘autocratic legalism’ by Javier Corrales. She coined the term “Frankenstate” to describe the kind of governance that emerges from autocratic legalism.

« Scheppele coined the term “Frankenstate” to describe this new kind of legal, but illiberal governance created by autocrats from the pieces of disparate, democratic constitutional provisions. […] Scheppele argues that Orbán borrowed separate pieces from democratic governments—gerrymandering in the United States, first-past-the-post voting in Britain, and the winner compensation rule in Italy—all of which, when combined with election rules unique to Hungary, produce the Frankenstate. » (Wiki)

Leo has embarrassed them internationally over the past month over it’s illegal activities. He’s snubbing the 250th 4th July events which were a big deal cause he is the first American Pope. He’d rather go help feed the poor instead. Just as well, I think he’d be assassinated the moment he stepped off the plane. Kegs breath has a loathing for Catholics & doesn’t hide it. He starts spitting like something out the exorcist when they’re mentioned & had already banned mass at the Pentagon & his partner in crime banned it in Jerusalem too along with mowing down priests.

I don’t believe these ppl are whatever shade of religion they claim to be. “By their deeds ye shall know them” & their deeds are Satanic, cruel, illegal & sickeningly include an unhealthy obsession to hurt children. Which fits with all the Baal shit they’ve found at Eppy Island & his properties with the photos that were released. They’re not the followers of the Prince of peace that’s for sure.

He’s kicking off about Cuba now who they’ve plunged into darkness & starved for months along with it’s cruel blockades. These freaks have zero morals & have zero regard for human life. Coincidence that Cuba is mainly Catholic too?

The President of Cuba has quite rightly given them the bird. They’ll be bowing to no one. It’s even written in their constitution lol.

For sure. And that fact came home to me even more clearly when I subsequently checked out her academic focus at Princeton, eg:

« Scheppele’s research on autocracy and democratic backsliding in the 21st century led her to expand upon the concept of ‘autocratic legalism’ by Javier Corrales. Scheppele coined the term “Frankenstate” to describe this new kind of legal but illiberal governance created by autocrats from the pieces of disparate democratic constitutional provisions. She argues that Orbán borrowed separate pieces from democratic governments — gerrymandering in the United States, first-past-the-post voting in Britain, and the winner compensation rule in Italy— all of which, when combined with election rules unique to Hungary, produce the Frankenstate. »

Trump, of course, is no longer human – if he ever was – and this is why the majority of ordinary folk around the world find his rhetoric and behaviour incomprehensible.

His rhetoric – his manner of speech and the formulations of the words he uses – is literally incomprehensible.

His despotic actions seem like those of an intoxicated madman and are beyond the realm of reason’s power to comprehend.

However, if one looks and listens closely it can be discerned that Trump speaks in tongues and proudly flexes his deviancy like Shaitan’s whore and his lack of an intellect like John Swinney.

Trump is, in reality, an emissary of Ba’al Zabub, Ba’al Zvuv or in English… Beelzebub.

Trump is Satan’s Servant. The Devil’s Dog. Lucifer’s Lackey. Mephistopheles’s Main Man on Earth. The Embodiment of Evil… and probably a few other alliterative capitalised word combinations associating Trump with the Devil that for the moment escape me.

And that being so, there is only one way to drag the demon that has replaced Trump’s soul – although, I suspect with his mother hailing from the Isle of Lewis and also a Gaelic-speaker he never had one to begin with – into the light and forever banish it to Hell.

Only by using the words of Father Merrin in Trump’s presence can the evil that possesses him be cast out:

    Vis Christi te compellit…

The power of Christ compels you!

The power of Christ compels you!!

THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!!!

Any language a listener, or reader, is not trained in the use of is incomprehensible to that listener… and that includes Scots.

My point is that Trump is speaking his gibberish in the English language; a language, embarrassingly – and for an entire nation, far beyond the ability of Trump, the sitting American President, to use with any semblance of competence.

A TOP LGBT activist has quit amid claims he used fake credentials to secure a senior position in a charity that receives millions from the Scottish Government.

We told how Timothy Guy Westwood was appointed convener of LGBT Youth Scotland boasting a suspiciously stellar CV for a 25-year-old and bizarre filtered profile pictures that prompted social media speculation he was an AI generated hoax.

LGBT Youth Scotland last week confirmed he was real and fiercely defended the appointment after The Scottish Sun discovered his past “employers” had never heard of him.

The charity, which has had £13.4 million from the Scottish Government, initially insisted Mr Westwood cleared its “robust recruitment process” and supplied “satisfactory previous employment references”.

But it emerged Mr Westwood had resigned after the discrepancies in his CV were highlighted.
One charity insider told The Times: “All the evidence would appear to suggest that he is a Walter Mitty character.

“Questions need to be asked over what due diligence was carried out.”

LGBT Youth Scotland head of partnerships Hels Bowie said there will now be “a full investigation into the media allegations regarding Timothy’s qualifications and experience”.

She said: “This situation has demonstrated that additional steps may be needed to better align the full breadth of recruitment processes to the standards we already use for staff positions, and to ensure that board positions are subject to equal checks.”

I would have thought they would have learnt from all the Highlander sequels (failures in my opinion) to leave a good story with a start, a finish and a good end well alone.

Plus Big Tam as Ramirez and Clancy as the Kurgan, how do you reprise that?

Cavill is a decent actor but it’ll be the casting of these other key roles that’ll make or break it.

What next, a reboot of Jaws? Leave it alone!!

American reboots can be terrifyingly awful – the wicker man (nicolas cage), get carter (stallone) – but Cavill is a big fan and generally “intae aw that” – gaming, the witcher, historical fantasy.

the kurgan is key; you want some horrible nasty cunt, and the guy they have got fits the bill – you will know his face, canny mind his name (he plays Beast Rabban in the Dune reboot); ramirez … who has the gravitas and charisma of connery in his prime; its a hard one.

it could be worst shit ever, or strangely good. They can do it better at times. As a kid I trudged through the dune trilogy (“space muslims”) thinking it a bit weird, different, but interesting in how the good guy, the messiah, is really the bad guy releasing a galactic jihad … I thought the lynch version was alright, but no one else did; the new ones look the business anyway.

At least in Herberts created universe it has an internal consistency to make it work (like Tolkien) – the revolt against machine intelligence, the butlerian jihad seems prescient, and there is a very good reason why sword fighting exists in this hi tech future verse.

just remember we Scots ARE the Immortals …

      here we are
      born to be kings
we’re the princes of the universe

in my reboot I would rename The Kurgan as The Anglo, and make him an aggressive predatory homo who was trying to bum MacLeod (“the prize”)

In the original, I had a soft spot for the Kurgan – liked the cut of his jib, secure in his own skin, at peace with himself, if you are a 7 foot murderous psychopath, don’t deny it; enjoys life, has a sense of humour – the joyride with Brenda singing new york new york is genuinely funny.

Being a little bit Kurgan can help us all at times. Maybe if there had been a Mr Nigel Kurgan of Bradford when the grooming gangs were around …

    – NB the growth of datacentres means there is, in practice, no excess energy, for you can always find a use for it – mine crypto for example – and better, if you want to do joined up thinking, while datacentres are getting a bad rap from the green nutters right now, if you used their heat generation to power homes and greenhouses, providing free heating, I am sure the people would get behind them. Datacentres are also places which are still hiring – if you wanted a job, like.

A remarkable cognitive leap forwards from Confused. Perhaps AI provided a helping hand.

Coming up any day soon. The realisation what dark, windless conditions mean for wind power. Think a week-long high pressure weather system in January.

Meantime, anybody able to do the reasoning to understand that boosting demand by lowering unit prices to consumers is STILL more profitable than paying the curtailment charges baked into the electricity producer’s contracts? Anybody at all?

Yup. The “no free lunches” law of nature remains unbroken.

OK, anybody able to work out yet that data centres WILL have to be online 24/7? You’ve outsourced your lives to AI and the web. Everything from consumer payments in shops, through ATC, to your ICU management. Do you think that’s going to be allowed to stop when that week-long high-pressure region sits out in the North Sea? Maybe an Orc deniable tanker will have dragged its anchors through some cables too.

Of course the data centre will remain powered. But your home heating and your ability to charge your electric car won’t attract the same priority.

The most sensible idea I read recently was that multi-nationals should be allowed to site their data centres wherever. The only limitation should be that they have to be built with their own 24/7 power systems and water supplies. Renewable, natch. Let them suffer like the rest of us, but in magnificent isolation.

      Leave our grids alone.

you can see the agendas being played : “Britain is DEFENCELESS BECAUSE OF THE WELFARE bill” … we need to knock that on the head, for we spend plenty on weapons, but its just not well spent, not spent on the right things.

now, the UK’s armed forces are a fucking joke, and trump taking the pish out of them did not help.

our armed forces are shit because WE SPEND THE MONEY BADLY; we set it up for imperialist, expeditionary warfare – aircraft carriers, are you joking? and nuke subs, do me a favour. Because everything is setup for making – really expensive shite – you can never make enough of it, nor can you afford to risk it. Now this all acts as a massive flow of money to arms companies and their owners (who is this?) and keeps everyone happy.

The UK, delusional, has this “we wuz EMPIRE” nonsense clanging about its brain, which it tries to express as being the weaselly sidekick for the real empire, the US.

The people who run the armed forces aren’t all that good at warfighting, but they are good at getting promotions; our forces are top heavy with “brass”. Heads of the RAF were all fast jet pilots – and that is what they want; the admirals commanded ships and submarines, and that is what they want.

    – we are seeing that these systems are becoming all but irrelevant. Iran, did it right, it gets far more bang for the buck and is currently putting up a good fight against the toughest opponents. They put all their critical infrastructure deep, deep underground, beyond even nukes, and churn out high numbers of varied missile systems. Drones, missiles, is what you want if you want to defend yourself. If ever invaded, then a long planned insurgency would come into effect, to bleed the invader.

All these systems are defensive in nature; you can defend yourself on a budget. But if you want to be an empire, to be leviathan, to control the seas and world trade, then it costs a packet (which the US can only afford by making, through clever means, the rest of the world pay for it all) – the navy cannot stop migrants on zodiacs, but once deterred the wehrmacht.

All our army is good for is teenage masturbatory fantasies about “special forces” and the SAS … a specialised tactical unit which has been long exaggerated in its abilities; they play sneaky hit and run warfare. NB even in the early days they had some success, they tried to put together larger actions against the germans, but got their arses felt and quietly went back to sneaking around. In a recent NATO exercise a small group of 30 yookies (why were they there?) armed with their drones, absolutely routed everyone (- and this is not the A team).

One of the projects right now is the next gen 6th gen superfighter, which they are trying to get the italians or japs in on, which might be ready around 2035, and if it ever exists, there will only be one of it made, to be flown by the navy and raf on alternate days.

For various reasons residential solar arrays are usually capped at about 4kW. There are some numbers in this post which show just how usless they are in Scottish winters.

And if we have to have the national generation capacity in place to power Scotland through winter, then why have it running at significantly reduced output during the summer months when demand is reduced.

One morning Thaw and McAlpin went into the Cowcaddens, a poor district behind the ridge where the art school stood. […]

“Glasgow is a magnificent city,” said McAlpin. “Why do we hardly ever notice that?” “Because nobody imagines living here,” said Thaw.

McAlpin lit a cigarette and said, “If you want to explain that I’ll certainly listen.”

“Then think of Florence, Paris, London, New York. Nobody visiting them for the first time is a stranger because he’s already visited them in paintings, novels, history books and films. But if a city hasn’t been used by an artist not even the inhabitants live there imaginatively. What is Glasgow to most of us? A house, the place we work, a football park or golf course, some pubs and connecting streets. That’s all. No, I’m wrong, there’s also the cinema and library. And when our imagination needs exercise we use these to visit London, Paris, Rome under the Caesars, the American West at the turn of the century, anywhere but here and now. […] Of course our industries still keep nearly half of Scotland living round here. They let us exist. But who, nowadays, is glad just to exist?”

“I am. At the moment,” said McAlpin, watching the sunlight move among rooftops.

“So am I,” said Thaw, wondering what had happened to his argument.

After a moment McAlpin said, “So you paint to give Glasgow a more imaginative life.”

“No. That’s my excuse. I paint because I feel cheap and purposeless when I don’t.”

    “I envy your purpose.”

« Glasgow est une ville magnifique, dit McAlpin. Pourquoi est-ce qu’on ne le remarque presque jamais ?

        — Parce que personne n’imagine vivre ici », répondit Thaw.

McAlpin alluma une cigarette et dit : « Si tu veux bien m’expliquer ça, tu peux être sûr que je t’écouterai.

        — Pense à Florence, à Paris, à Londres, à New York.

        — Non. Ça, c’est mon excuse. Je peins parce que je me sens nul et sans but quand je ne peins pas.

Our mission, too, beyond reclaiming Scotland for the Scots, is to build a nation where justice, equality, and self-determination are not mere aspirations, but are the foundational principles of a truly diversified, equitable and independent Scotland as part of a 21st century multipolar global order.

The SNP – in league with Westminster – has corrupted Scotland’s public and civic institutions, facilitated the plunder of Scotland’s wealth, and treicherously assisted a foreign power in the criminal oppression of the people it is meant to represent and protect.

The Scottish liberation movement seeks to recover Scotland and her people from three centuries of illegal, involuntary indentured servitude to England; servitude euphemistically, and dishonestly, called by Westminster a ‘treaty of union’.

To offer any form of support whatsoever to the SNP is to support the subjugation of indigenous Scots and the plundering of their nation by a foreign power.

I think one of the main issues when talking about energy is that electricity cannot be seen and therefore there are a lot of folk that are unable to quantify it and comprehend how much is required to be used for specific purposes.
And it’s a similar situation with the energy density of other fuels such as gas and diesel fuels.
Here is a 3 min clip from an hour-long telly programme called Bang Goes the Theory, where they had a warehouse full of cyclists trying to power a family house with leccy.
At one point there were 78 cyclists trying to maintain the house power requirements when the shower was turned on, and their efforts at that generation level was in no way sustainable for a long duration.

      link to youtube.com

As I stated previously, economies of scale mean that energy generation and distribution is something that is best done on a national level as part of a sensible integrated overall energy policy.
Sorting that out for the long term by wrestling control back to better serve the people would be a much better plan than being distracted by going down paths that think individuals generating power for themselves with solar pv, mini-windturbines, and battery storage is the way forward.

SCOTS SCHOOLS PUSHED TO IMPOSE ‘UNLAWFUL’ TRANS POLICY ON FEMALE-ONLY SPACES

East Lothian Council has come under fire for advising schools to consider allowing gender-confused boys to share accommodation with girls.

In the council’s ‘Gender Statement’ published in March, teachers are told to allow boys to wear the uniform of the opposite sex, participate in girls’ PE classes, and share their overnight accommodation if those affected are consulted.

For Women’s Scotland (FWS) has called on the council to immediately withdraw the guidance, warning that it is “clearly unlawful and any school following its advice would be putting children in its care at risk and likely to face legal action”.

    LGBT EDUCATION

The guidelines state that “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA+) education should be integrated across all curricular areas”, while transgender “identities should be included alongside other identities in classroom/school displays, resources and learning material”.

In addition, the statement redefines biological sex as “sex assigned at birth”, and directs teachers to the pro-trans groups Time for Inclusive Education and LGBT Youth Scotland.

But FWS highlighted that the document “incorporates much of the recently withdrawn Scottish Government’s school guidance that was found to be inconsistent with the Supreme Court ruling on the Equality Act”.

    BIOLOGY

In October, the Scottish Government conceded that schools are legally required to provide separate toilet facilities for boys and girls “on the basis of biological sex”.

Previous guidance stated that there was no justification in law for limiting the use of toilets and changing rooms on the basis of biological sex and that gender-confused children “should not be made to use the toilet or changing room of their sex assigned at birth”.

The changes followed the UK Supreme Court ruling that the definition of ‘man’ and ‘woman’ is determined by biology for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010, and a Court of Session declaration that state schools across Scotland must provide single-sex toilets for pupils.

Vote for the Alliance to Liberate Scotland

    Latest from Craig Murray;
London cannot afford to lose Scotland’s vast resources and will never agree. Independence will not be given to us, we must take it. When Independence comes, it will be in contravention of UK domestic law. Scottish Independence is therefore a revolutionary cause or it is nothing.

With opinion polls routinely showing a majority for Independence, the SNP will handily win this election on the pretence they will work for Independence. But they have no intention of actually doing so – still less have the neoliberal, Freeport-supporting Scottish Greens.

What will happen is that they will beg London for a referendum, which Starmer has made crystal clear he will refuse, and then they will claim to have tried. The SNP will then yet again forget Independence until the next election needs a slogan, while going back to pocketing their large salaries from the British state for running the colonial administration at Holyrood.

With US bombers taking off from British airports loaded with 2,000 lb bombs for the destruction of children in Iran, with the RAF giving targeting intelligence to the Israelis for the Genocide in Gaza, there is a moral urgency to breaking up the UK. Scotland needs at least some people in its Parliament who feel that urgency.

That is why I am giving people a chance to vote for me as part of the Alliance to Liberate Scotland – an umbrella group for all who support Independence, with other policy choices left to the individual.

In another story shining light on the links between the LGBT industry and the indigenous population replacement industry, the BBC is running an online article on the lifestyle coaches helping asylum seekers to game the system by pretending to be gay.

For money, natch, but it’s all ultimately paid for by the UK indigenous taxpayers. The grifting crims are merely the intermediaries.

For some illegals, for which even pretending to be gay is a step too far, the lifestyle coaches will take things further.

They’ll assist practitioners of the religion of peace to fake becoming atheists. That’s not without danger, as if taken seriously, their co-religionists may hunt them down and kill them.

One thing’s for sure. Don’t be too ready to believe the UK or Scotland are poverty-stricken shitholes. Not when we have hundreds of thousands of grifting criminals every year busting their guts to get a piece of what’s on offer, courtesy of our generous, few-questions-asked benefits cornucopia.

The Holyrood election is reduced to the offer of free bus travel and school bags for P1’s.

Reflecting our colonial reality, recent events prove that Scots still have no say on who we go to war with, no say on who we sell our vast natural resources to, no national plan to grow the economy, and no input on anything that really matters, including the fact there is no permanent Scottish film studio.

Scots can and should readily see that in being a colonized people we are ‘out of the game’, made ‘bystanders’ in our own land and also as far as wider world events are concerned. In reality all major decisions affecting Scots are made by others elsewhere, with natives handed baubles such as bus passes and schoolbags!

As Albert Memmi wrote, for a colonized people:

“Colonization usurps any free role in either war or peace, every decision contributing to his destiny and that of the world, and all cultural and social responsibility.”

Liberation is therefore necessary to end the oppression of usurpation and colonization by another people/culture. This first requires the people to understand their ‘condition’, not to deny it exists.

Hard to avoid the conclusion, Alf, that you’re claiming that if we decolonise, we’ll lose our free bus passes.

I’d zip it if I was you, at least until after the election.

Those free bus passes are like our free prescriptions – highly prized by ordinary Scots.

Unless, of course, you’re suggesting that post Indy, we’ll get free cars. I’d like that – nothing too fancy – a diesel VW Golf would suit me fine.

A pre-election debate between the supporters of that policy, and the green quine wanting us to pay reparations for Scotland’s genocidal, colonising past, would make riveting TV.

Do you think we could maybe afford both, with all the wind we have? Keep all Scots happy that way?

      • Hatey McHateface says:

        Simple enough question, Alf.

Will the “£150+ billion plundered each year from Scotland” get me and every other Scot who wants it free car travel?

Yes or No. Answer the question for once.

If Yes, how much will be left over to pay yearly reparations for our colonialist, genocidal past?

There’s barely 3 weeks to go and people need to know what’s on offer if they vote wisely. Get the finger out, Alf!

      • Aidan says:

Yeah but the £150bn is completely made up and has no chance of materialising at all (nor any figure close to it) whereas you will actually get the bus pass, as stupid as I think it is (pay the modest fare if you want to use the bus!)

Of course, Alf. Make it £250 billion a year. See if that shifts the dial. If not, increase the figure by £50 billion each week. It’s bound to have an effect on the polls eventually.

We only have 3 weeks left to save Scotland from the Reform English nazis. Finger out, Alf!

      • Aidan says:

@Alf – the total value of all the electricity produced by all sources in the entirety of the U.K. is around £24bn per year. I am fascinated therefore by how you calculate that the operating surplus of delta between the south – north flow and the north south flow is worth 4x that figure.

For context, you’re suggesting that this surplus is worth more than the GDP of Croatia or Wales, and about twice the GDP of Northern Ireland. Does that sound likely to you?

      • Alf Baird says:

“the total value of all the electricity produced”

You need to aggregate the productive capacity of all offshore wind energy in Scotland to get the total potential retail value, Aden. And an independent Scotland would be selling a lot more of that energy direct to the European continent too, rather than let England steal it all as at present.

McCrone was right about Scotland’s massive oil wealth that would have made us the wealthiest nation in the world, as was Salmond about offshore energy making Scotland the Saudi Arabia of Europe.

      • Aidan says:

How would an independent Scotland force rUK to buy 100% of Scotland’s renewable energy generation capacity (at the highest possible price) even when there isn’t the demand for it? I don’t think any power generator anywhere in the world has ever achieved commercial terms even close to being as generous as that.

Worth noting that GDP per capita in Saudi Arabia is about 65% of the GDP per capita of Scotland, so I assume what you are saying is Scotland would get much poorer?

      • Hatey McHateface says:

“would have made us the wealthiest nation in the world”

Some of that oil wealth is still there, Alf.

Three weeks to the election. Still time to get the message out. If you get the finger out first.

Hopefully nobody will want to notice that the country with the most oil in the entire world, Venezuela, is a poverty-stricken shithole.

        Correlation is not causation, right?

      • Geri says:

Scotland will be an independent country & just like every other independent country in this world it’ll get by perfectly fine without it’s colonial overlords & their dodgy as fck bookkeeping.

        Nae rush.

Both votes SNP is the only certain route to Independence! Any other so-called Indy party(s) creeping in on the List Vote will just muddy the waters and dilute the focus.

Now, more than ever, in the face of the threats from colonising nazis like Reform, we need discipline and iron resolve.

      • Aidan says:

@100% Yes – it’s what we call in the corporate sector a “jolly”. A trip that has little if any benefit towards the companies objectives but it is an opportunity for those involved to have a paid for holiday during working hours.

There is absolutely no chance a couple of retirees and eccentrics are going to persuade a majority of countries to vote to change the UN charter to empower a whole host of independence movements across the world, sorry. What we haven’t seen is minutes of meetings with UN officials, any official recognition of this endeavour within UN institutions or any action plan or agreement to take things further. It’s obvious why.

      • Geri says:

I think you’ll find it’s actually called “networking”

It is of immense benefit. People mingle, make contacts, are introduced to other contacts & so on…

The UK would know all about Jollies tho. Airmiles Fox clocked up thousands circling the globe looking for trade deals, to nearly 30 countries & came back with even worse deals than what he left with LMAO!

      • Aidan says:

Is it Geri? Well perhaps you could describe to us the “immense benefits” that have been realised by the 2x trips to Geneva and the 2x trips to New York.

Also, if it’s such a critical mission we should surely be sending our best people: Geri and James. With such cogent and compelling advocates Scotland would surely be an independent country before drinks service had finished on the flight home. In fact the only problem I see (other than managing the untold riches Alf has dreamt up) is printing the Scottish passports fast enough.

      • Hatey McHateface says:

“describe to us the “immense benefits” that have been realised by the 2x trips to Geneva and the 2x trips to New York”

Ah, c’moan noo, Aidan. A failure of imagination like that is not like you.

Imagine the immense benefits we would all enjoy if the likes of Geri, James or some of the other pathetic saddoes fucked off for several weeks.

        See it now?

Anyhoo, the UN will have delivered Indy by 2028, and if that fails, Swinney will have delivered IndyRef2 and a stonking majority for Yes by 2028. That’s when Alf’s cash will materialise and our biggest problems will be trying to spend it all.

Instead of poking endless holes in Geri’s unstoppable march of history’s right side, why not get with the programme and start preparing for the inevitable?

It’s only 2 years away, FFS. Get the usual suspects to reveal to us what practical steps they are taking in preparation for the sunlit uplands of Indy in 2028.

There will be property to dispose of and acquire, pension plans to re-assess, currencies to hedge, hold and avoid. Savings to move strategically. Passports to get. Legal loopholes to identify and exploit.

The smarts who plan to hit the ground running on Indy Day 0 will make a killing. The eejits who aren’t prepared – less so.

We’re lucky to have the brains of the best of the smarts to pick on here. Indy is 2 years away. Let’s tease the secrets of their preparations out of them in the weeks and months to come.

      • Alf Baird says:

The international community is appreciative being informed of Scotland’s annexation and colonization by England-as-UK. The international community are well aware that England-as-UK was and remains a serial global colonizing power. So this news is little surprise to many, whilst offering clarification to others.

There is no way England-as-UK would tell anybody about our oppressive reality in Scotland, or Wales and Ireland, is there? So someone has to do this. The colonial administration at Holyrood refuses to do it as it is part of the colonial racket.

This is what happens when independence movements start to become liberation movements, as the colonized people begin to better understand their condition and are able to inform the international community about their colonial reality.

Of course the colonizer and even assimilated natives deny the crime of colonialism, they always did and probably always will. That is an essential part of the psychology of colonialism!

      • Aidan says:

There is some truth in that Hatey, although in the extremely unlikely event that BCP allowed these two into the states, they’d still unfortunately be able to post on Wings.

@Alf – can you provide some evidence of the international community appreciating it? It seems you spent most of your last visit talking about New Caledonia?

      • Hatey McHateface says:

“The international community are well aware that England-as-UK was and remains a serial global colonizing power”

It remains to be seen if the international community’s collective heids zip up the back, and so they can be persuaded that the Scottish place names, all over the maps of the Americas, north and south, East Asia, and the Antipodes, were the work of the perfidious English.

Luckily, the international community are largely brown and easily mislead. The Scottish descendants of the Scottish colonisers, genociders, slavers, pirates and thieves may just be able to pull the wool over their eyes.

      • Northcode says:

“Luckily, the international community are largely brown and easily mislead.”

This sentence is grammatically incorrect… unless the intention was to show that a certain skin colour is more prone to mislead than others. I think, however, this is not the case in the above example.

Mislead: Is the present tense form of the verb, meaning to lead someone astray or in a false direction through deception – much as the colonialists who wander here often attempt.

Misled: Is the past tense and past participle form of the verb, indicating that someone has already been led astray.

And thon English tongue the author’s first language tae… tut, tut.

      • Geri says:

“@Alf – can you provide some evidence of the international community appreciating it? It seems you spent most of your last visit talking about New Caledonia?”

        LMAO!

Ummmm, cause half of them were fckn colonised by the Brits & know through bitter experience what robbing bastards you lot are? That you were never very good at bookkeeping either. You didn’t earn Perfidious Albion for nuffink you know!

        Just a guess!

      • Hatey McHateface says:

        Good catch, Northy.

I was confusing, in my inner ear, lead and lead.

The former being the strap I attach to my Pictish slave’s collar when I’m taking her for a walk.

The latter being the weight I tie around her waist when I’ve tired of her, her resale value is negligible, and so she must be drowned.

Thanks for your help in clearing it up.

      • Aidan says:

Thank you for writing all of that Geri – it would have been quicker to write “no, the networking and engagement has not achieved anything”

      • Geri says:

        Arsey

You seem to forget that the majority of Scotland wants independence. That’s even before any campaign or ruling. UN or not, Scotland will be returned to an independent country.

Denying democracy isn’t a good look for the UK government on the international stage – especially when they’re off bombing the fck out of other countries in the name of spreading “democracy”

It won’t hold. The ballot box holds authority. I’d hate to be a nawbag the day they find out they’re not in a voluntary union after all & their vote means absolutely zero in the “UK”

Scotland is a sovereign nation. Tell us otherwise & wait & see what happens…

      • Aidan says:

On the international stage nobody cares at all, there are much bigger issues in the world today to worry about.

      • Hatey McHateface says:

“they’re off bombing the fck out of other countries”

        Enlighten us please, Geri.

Which countries are the UK bombing the fuck out of?

[That wasn’t so difficult was it, typing “fuck”? How does a self-identifying staunch fechter for Scotland like yourself ever expect to deliver us Indy when you shrink like a blushing maiden before the “fuck” word?]

      • Geri says:

        That’s where yer wrong, Arsey.

They are all signed up members of the UN & that includes to the UN charter.

Shiteface, they’ve been doing reconnaissance missions out of Cyprus. That’s aiding a Jenny side & the complete destruction of the region based on their intel which they were warned by the ICJ not to do. When this is all over the UK will be half to account.
& Name me a country they’ve not bombed or assisted in regime change. They’re fucking parasite’s. They’re everywhere there is death & destruction to see what they can thieve.

      • Aidan says:

Yes Geri – and the UN Charter explicitly prohibits external interference into the domestic affairs and territorial integrity of other states, which binds the UN and its members NOT to get involved.

Aside from which, only 45% of the worlds population live in a democracy anyway, and there are numerous conflicts and severe forms of human rights abuse and violence occurring elsewhere which is more of a pressing issue. I’m afraid “we want a second referendum” just isn’t an important enough issue.

      • Hatey McHateface says:

“Name me a country they’ve not bombed or assisted in regime change”

        Norway.

        “They’re fucking parasite’s”

        What? Danglers, perhaps?

Honestly, Geri, 3 weeks to go, and this is your best effort? If you were on the pitch, I’d suspect you’d taken a bung to throw the game.

      • Geri says:

        “Norway”

Give it time. They’ll be fighting over access to the Arctic soon & the new shipping routes that’ll open up. Plus, Norway is energy secure & has a massive oil fund. The Brits will be salivating at ways on how they can relieve them of all three.

Poor Arsey, he thinks the UN can only deal with one drama at a time LOL! I’ve told you before to go watch UN tv & watch how many countries are pissed at the blatant hypocrisy, outdated SC & ignoring ongoing disputes.

Colonialism is over & the UN will either reform or go bust & start again. Especially when the USA empire falls, which it is at the moment. There is always a reset. They’ll no longer be top dawg ruling over every department, every court ruling, every dispute, flouting international law & legally binding resolutions.

I don’t think it’s best buddy will be allowed to remain at all. There’s already been numerous calls to have them removed due to their thuggish disregard for other members. Same goes for its wee yappy attack dog, the UK. It’s a fucking parasite that shouldn’t be on the SC & will soon be in the dock for WC & ignoring direct court rulings.

      • Hatey McHateface says:

        “I don’t think it’s best buddy”

        Here you go, Geri:

        “I don’t think”

Fixed it for you. Pin that one on your wall, below the “I can’t punctuate to primary school level”.

Put a quid on at the bookies on the UK attacking Norway. You’ll get humongous odds and make an absolute fortune when you collect.

Then you will be able to not only watch UN TV 24/7, but you’ll be able to pay generously for fuckwits to listen to your every fuckwittery, and nod along in agreement.

EMPLOYEES OUTRAGED OVER IRISH POWER COMPANY’S PRO-TRANS POLICY

Female employees have urged Ireland’s Electricity Supply Board (ESB) to stop allowing men to use women’s changing rooms.

A group of women in senior positions at the organisation, who also represent junior employees, have criticised management for ignoring staff concerns and failing to fulfil a pledge to install more “private facilities”.

Currently, ESB’s policy requires all managers and team members to “support the right of all employees to access toilet, shower, and changing facilities which match their gender identity”. However, it has rowed back on its diktat that all to employees must use ‘preferred pronouns’.

    ‘TRAUMATIC’

One member of the group told the Irish Mail on Sunday: “We were stonewalled. We tried to get up as far as the Chief Executive, Paddy Hayes. He referred it back to HR. They’re basically saying, ‘This is what we want, we don’t care.’”

Another explained that in the head office, the female changing room is in the basement, requiring women to walk through “three locked doors and long corridors to get in there. So you’re in a locked room, through three swiped doors in the basement with your clothes off.”

“There are women that have been in all sorts of traumatic situations being put in that position and they’re just not using facilities.”

The policy not only applies in Ireland but throughout the rest of the company based in the UK and abroad.

    €1.5 MILLION

Last month, Equality Minister Norma Foley announced €1.5m in new money pursuant to the Government’s “National LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Strategy”.

Under the grant scheme, organisations already in receipt of taxpayers’ money for work with the “LGBTIQ+ community” may apply for funding “to support new initiatives and to maintain and enhance existing services and initiatives”. New applicants may also access small grants for projects that promote LGBT “visibility and inclusion”.

As part of its LGBT strategy, the Government has already promised a ‘conversion practices’ ban before the end of 2026, and a working group on “providing legal recognition” for people who self-identify as ‘non-binary’.

If only we were Independent, we could really up the ante on trans visibility and inclusion.

It grinds my gears that Scotland, held back by the regressive policies of Westmonster as always, and ripped from the EU against our will, now has to pay second fiddle to the likes of Ireland.

We should be leading the world with this kind of stuff. Let’s all resolve to make sure everybody knows how to vote for a progressive, trans-inclusive, Scottish future, 3 weeks tomorrow.

Scotland, under the SNP and Green progressive alliance, has come far in a short time. But this is no time to be resting on our laurels, when the threat of the nazi, colonising Reform party still looms over us. There is still much work to be done.

Both votes SNP! It’s our only hope!

I have heard of “gay for pay” but “gay for STAY”; who does the “testing”? Some lowly civil servant will have to get his cock out for the zodiac-BAMS … “are you feeling it abdul … fancy a ride round the hershey highway … ” (Donna Summer, “I feel love” banging in the background)

    – just think, now all foreigners will think that TO BECOME AN ENGLISHMAN, ONE MUST BE -GAY-

I wonder how they got that idea.

I had heard that when they seriously have to assess risk, like whether you are a nonce, or “urnae into it any mair” – they have a device, small, liquid filled tube which goes round your willy … they show you the hardcore cat 5 CP, and if you get the slightest tremble, you have failed. They might even hold your eyelids open like they did to Alex in Clockwork Orange (the Ludovico Technique)

In some other cultures, you are only “gay” if you are the one who takes it, which is complicating.

Nixon’s remarks about everything goes to shit if the gays are running it -“the last 6 – 6! – roman emperors were fags … ” – comes to mind and I think there is truth in this. For example, the british empire at its peak was run by the rhodes group, all rampant bumboys – the brit empire was run by a gay sex club, then it falls apart, mainly down to the decisions they made (- or rather, scams they tried to pull).

    – a gang of lesbians might be worse still (SNP), and worse yet, a gang of trannies (greens)

    – tories are all gays and reform are just tories

    – alex coal scuttles likes the trans

    – and labour – well, he’s islam

So, there you have the full choice coming up for holyrood – poofs, lesbos, trannies or muslims. Take your pick. This is democracy, all the choices you don’t want to make.

Maybe if sadwad got in he would start chucking the rest of them off the holyrood roof.

There are obvious opportunities for Scottish Indy to cash in on the increasing oil price. Sad that the people of Scotland, in their infinite wisdom, look to be about to re-elect the very politicians who most want to leave our oil and gas in the ground – the SNP and Greens.

That’s a symptom of a deeper problem. The policies being pushed in the election campaign by all parties rely on an economic reality that no longer exists. And is unlikely to return.

The voters will be gulled into voting for promises that cannot be delivered. And so once again, the reputation of democracy will take another hammering.

It’s Covid all over again. It’s poot all over again. This time, there is no money left to cushion the blows.

The drastic steps needed to manage this latest crisis cannot even be hinted at because we’re 3 weeks away from elections. No party can afford to tell the truth about our dire prospects, because a majority of the electorate lack the maturity to handle the truth.

And again… in the Inglis tongue:

There’s barely a comment posted here by colonialists (unionists if preferred… same thing) that is anything other than insult, threat, lies, error, mockery, division, diversion, distraction, logical fallacy, or hateful anti-Scots rhetoric.

There is no debate to be had in this place – or any other, I suspect – with colonialists.

Every colonialist I have ever encountered has exhibited, to varying extents, an irrational anti-Scots racism, alongside a proclivity for insulting Scotland and her people, that seemed to engender an ungodly pleasure within them… a twisted, primitive joy in the denigration of those they judged, by some crude and thoughtless measure, inferior to themselves.

I came to the realisation that us Scots the colonialists despise so much, are but blameless mirrors reflecting back to them their own ugliness; their own limitations as human beings.

I came to the realisation that colonialists hate the Scots because they hate themselves and see a virtue in the Scots they can never achieve such are their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual limitations.

Envy, however, is the prime fuel that powers the coloniser’s hatred of the Scots… envy and the truth that the Scots are a people higher in intellect, greater in spirit, and closer to God than their own can ever be.
