Contempt Of Government

Posted on December 19, 2025 by

This is actually pretty serious.

Because, y’know, you can call us old-fashioned purists or sticklers or whatever if you like, but government ministers probably shouldn’t openly lie in prepared statements to the High Court in order to pervert the course of justice.

And this is as clear a knowing, deliberate lie as you could hope to see.

We know it’s a lie not just because it’s blindingly, absurdly obvious common sense that nobody is going to object to an infant boy being taken into a changing room by his mother, but because the Equalities and Human Rights Commission SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED it in its draft interpretation of the Supreme Court judgment in For Women Scotland.

You can be sent to prison for contempt of court, which includes making knowingly false declarations. It ought to be treated as a matter of urgency for the Minister For Education to withdraw this lie, before her government becomes any more despised than it already is.

(Phillipson herself has an approval rating of -15 points, which is impressive considering that 71% of people haven’t heard of her at all.)

The dogged, obsessive determination of politicians everywhere to abase themselves at the feet of creepy men in dresses is now completely out of hand. It is deeply dangerous to democracy for governments to be this unpopular with years of their term still to run and to be seemingly hellbent on making it worse on a daily basis.

If it doesn’t change, something very bad is going to happen to the country.

I couldn’t agree more, as I do with most of your comment but with the notable exception of you support for the Scottish nationalist who’re rise to power has been little short of catastrophic for Scotland

The SNP, as much as I despise the current mob, did not bring in the GRA and has not as yet refused to implement the SC judgement, although they are dragging their feet.
So your comment makes no sense

So your comment, not only is it nonsense but very defensive.

    • Alice Timmons says:

Aw, c’mon Stu. She’s not deliberately lying. You know she just doesn’t have the intellectual capacity to critically read or understand the EHRC guidance. She is only the SNP’S Minister for Education so ‘m dubious she’s even bothered to try.

« Norms are standards of evaluation, and as such they can be employed only by creatures who, endowed with a logical function, are capable of rational distinction.

« A norm exists only for creatures who are responsible for their own behaviour and who are accountable for conduct that transgresses norms. Our ability to give account in this way is possible only on the basis of the faculty of logical judgment.

« Surely, no one would hold a sick plant or animal responsible for the abnormal functioning of its organism. No one would blame it for its sickness. Yet, we do hold someone accountable for arguing illogically. »

This goes way beyond institutional capture into the realms of outright corruption at the highest levels – on a par with the Saville scandal. Saville was a procurer of under-age children, both girls and boys, for men in powerful positions. He was also a perpetrator, of course. He was protected until he died and the truth could emerge – about him, but not about the PD O’files in high places who used his services.

The same must be going on here – that is, that men and, maybe, even women, are cross-dressing sexual deviants who occupy the highest offices, and the grunts at the bottom of the pile – the ones in frocks and lippy, do the dirty work for them by terrorising women out of their rights. I took my little grandson to the ladies’ and ladies’ changing room until he was about eight when he wanted to go into the gents’, but I stood outside nervously and told him to shout loudly on me if anyone touched him, and I would not have hesitated to deck anyone who did touch him. Yet again, we are being fed lies about the ‘trans’ movement and lobby.

Of course, there is big money behind this as well, which may even be the main motivation for all this obfuscation, and all those cost-savings for institutions, government and local government would have to be dropped, too. Also, cases are being brought for compensation. Yet, none of these stereotypical types of reasons explain fully why this is being allowed to happen and why so many high-profile people are part of the cover-up even where money is concerned. I have come to the belated conclusion that sexual feelz trumps even money, or, at least, it runs parallel with money as the main reasons.

Women and girls have always been exploited sexually, but, again, this goes way beyond the usual suspects in the way that women and girls are exploited by this movement and lobby. It is something that we really have not seen before, a kind of misogyny that is so intense and desperate that both men and women will stand up in parliament and lie; or shout out: “We did it for you, Beth!”; or a highly-regarded and very experienced employment judge will bring forward a judgement that is riddled with errors and ‘trans’ activist language and does not even follow the established law as precedent, or the ruling from a superior court, the UKSC. It would be unbelievable if we had not been witnessing it with our own eyes and ears.

The BritNat Brainwashing Channel still peddling bullshit about the rise and fall of the despised Baroness Mone…

      “2015

Following the well-publicised rise of her Ultimo underwear firm, Mone is made an “entrepreneurship tsar” and Conservative peer by Prime Minister David Cameron.”

Bollocks! The following would be more accurate…

      2015

Following her frequent public appearances for the “No” campaign during the 2014 referendum on Scottish Independence, Mone is rewarded for her work as a useful idiot for the British State by being made a Conservative peer by David Cameron.

There you go BBC, fixed it for you! You’re welcome…

Is this the same Minister that when she was Shadow Education secretary(?) made it known that in her opinion (as recent as 2024), ‘they/those’ who were still, ehm….’fully equipped’…should be allowed into ladies areas…

    Lornical.

Perhaps you forgot to mention that when children or women are outside their natural, family and home or family enviroment by other or alternative means or methods to remove them from a family home for sexual gratification of others this is called human trafficking,
and this may include if biological men enter into public spaces for own personal gratification or fetishes, such as when in children’s homes, schools, womens safe houses, religious sites.

The rot of sexual perversion runs throughout most of the establishment from most trans ideology, to testing medication on young boys, leeching through to governments in England, and to branch government in Scotland.
It is a metal sickness that was inbred originally among the elite and those that married children to secure money and land,

If ever there was a combined menta and sexual disease that came from top down in to governments and court rooms it was this one.
