    Haven’t heard that for years.
    Isn’t it amazing, how these songs are just in there, inside yer heid? As soon as I read your post I remembered it, the NME photos, reviews by Burchill and Charles Shaaaar Murray, and that utter dork who now gets gigs on Newsnight Review, can’t remember the wanker’s name, etc (I’ve never seen it performed live, will now proceed to Youtube to check if any such footage exists.)
    They were so fucking HUGE at the time, but loads of folk know nothing about them…

    Aye, it’s a cracker – kind of missed out on Joy Division in my childhood, and can’t say I was a fan, though Love Will Tear Us Apart definitely registered as a great song. But when that film came out a few years ago, this song really blew me away.
